They have a good restaurant and a tasty food especially breakfast. Staff were cheerful and nice. Location is thrilled.

it is a good one howeve, I was asked to pay extra money for a baby matters. More clean is needed. The cost did not meet the service.

Booking.com had the wrong gps coordinates - caused several hours delay in searching for the hotel. Actual location was about 40 km away.

Only the location is fantastic,

furnchires need for renew, bathroom need maintinace (Ceramic), most of the time Now HOT water. Pillow uncomfortable. low quality breakfast.

it was OK with every thing now as clean as udder Ramada Hotels but it's OK

the room was a total mass tea maker broken extra bed was over charged and in total the room looks very old

Room is good, clean and big. Staffs are nice, checkin was fast. There also a good cable car to the mountain, nice playground and nice restaurant

They only served breakfast at 7am, while we have to go on 6, no chance to get earlier breakfast

The location is amazing

It needs a proper clean, new carpets in particular as the smell of somke is everywhere - the place smells stale from the moment you walk in. All the staff badly need training in service and educating on the loacal area. This is a tourist area and they knew nothing about where any of the attractions were. At breakfast you charged for a bottle of fresh water - ridiculous. This is a 5 star location with a 2 star service

Food, service, non-response from two phone calls and one trip to the front desk with issues. Never got response.

Managerial and supervisory staff need to be trained properly. They don't value their customers. Secondly, maintenance work for washrooms and others would have been done before the guest arrived. It looked as if on-call-basis services provided

I will gave it 8 out 10 , and I hope if they develop they food menu and extend the food variety

For the price we pay (374 sar/night) for a double room, this hotel is a good bargain. Great location and breakfast was good. Lo'ai from reception was helpful and friendly.

Hotel check in is 16:00 very bad. If you need to change booking hotel staffs are helpless. When you try to reach location, there is no road sign(plate) to mention hotel. Even in front of the road, there is no road plate about Hotel. I can not go again to this hotel. Impossible

The location

The servants And Who's working in the front desk do not know and do not have the enough experience to work in 4 stars hotel. There was no any porters when we came on Thursday around 6 pm, so we took our luggage by our selves although it's four stars hotel.

The location of the hotel is unique.

I was very upset about the behavior of the hotel staff especially the receptionist and the duty manager who spoke to me unprofessionally. I booked a standard room with mountain view and when I arrived around 10:45 pm, they give me a side mountain view which is not exactly reflecting what was described in the website. The receptionist was telling me that there is no availability of full mountain view room and when argued with him and the duty manager after almost 40 min, they give room 514 as per my request. I think they didn't give me the full mountain view in the beginning purposely!!!! The other thing that I didn't like in the hotel is the food quality. The food was not really good and doesn't reflect a 5 star hotel standards.

Position.

The service in the reception was very bad , asked for extra blankets more than 4 times ,no response ,tilliwas about to shout at them ...the locker of the door was out of order , no one availabe to repir it , I have to go to the reception every time to go my room with the master key

Perfectly located on top of Mountain Al Hada. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Restaurant has a splendid mountain view. Cable car ride starts from the hotel premise.
