Excellent customer service, late check out is at 3:30pm which is great for business days.

Interence to the hotel is a hassel due to construction work arround it.

We both enjoyed the large king sized bed. The extra blanket was very helpful.

The air conditioning system was set at 18 rather than 23 for sleeping.

Room design, comfort clean room.

Friendly customer service. We're given a room which wasn't ready which they quickly changed for us and were very professional in doing so. Pleasant stay and comfortable room

Parking needs to be inproved

I liked the suite I stayed-in but many arrangements were not full- filled. Ex., The suite was so hot upon arrival because ac was off. The jacuzi was not equipped with tap flowers as they show in the ad's and I asked for it but they wanted to charge extra money!!! No fruit basket was granted until we called them and complained several times. Candles were not available though the stands with old used candles were in the suite around the jacuzi. They supplied some sweet basket as an appology, but it was 3 stars level. Breakfast is very ... very poor ... this hotel management is 3 stars only.

Reasonable price. Clean rooms.

Check in took a long time. There is road maintenance near the hotel which makes it annoying to reach it.

lousy hotel; they dont have even own parking, no swimming pool, no tennis court, spa... the restaurant is extremely small and the staff is wholly incompetent.. They dont even have a hand-shower in the bathroom.. they claim to be a five star hotel but its a 3 star hotel.

The loppy needs more cleaning and some of the staff need to be trained more especially the coffee and resturant people.

Location is good. Very quite.

Food is not the best, few options for breakfast, dining area is small.

Excellent rooms in terms of size, amenities, cleanliness and decoration. The food was pretty nice with a decent variety. Taste and portion of room service food was great.

It took over 4 phone calls to arrange an airport pick-up. This can be improved!

Parking is an issue. This time my room was a bit small. It's not the hotel's fault but the area is full of road construction and it makes driving in and out of hotel very difficult.

Excellent Location. Masjid right in front. Right off the main highway. Very friendly and cooperative staff, available all the time. Garden right across the road. A majestic overall design.

The quality of the material used is fair to poor. Light buttons fused, shower leaked, stopper broke, power socket cover fell, etc (they fixed some though). The food quality is not good at all, not worth 5-stars. They closed the gym to host a party, not a good thing.

- The parking in the basement was very very tight. For a moment, I thought that I was undergoing a tough parking test and that I was being filmed secretly by Top Gear while they're laughing at me!

It was clean, the food was good and the gym had good equipment.

I booked a kingsize room and on arrival they only had twin rooms. I had to fight to pay the lower rate as they still wanted to charge me the kingsize room price (the twin was advertised as 25 sar less).

Ok stay, good breakfast clean room.

Parking was limited but there was an empty big yard close by, so no problem. Internet was spotty in room.

The stuff was so proffesional, the midnight front desk was so helpfull, as well the it Mr.Aneed who came at 2 am to fix internet issue and never lift unitl he provides me internet source to finish online tasks of mine.
