As usual, the great location, innovative design (2 floors apartment) and the excellent services from staff are the main reason for me to always pick this hotel in Al Khobar. Management should start thinking seriously about changing the furniture because it is becoming so old , and they may start gradually by changing the carpet & seats in living area at ground floor of apartment.

الموقع جداً جداً جداً ممتاز ، خدمات كثيره حول الموقع ، سيراً عالأقدام تستطيع أن تصل إلى الشاطيئ والمطاعم والمقاهي والسوبر ماركت ومختلف الخدمات ، الأثاث قديم وتعيس جداً جدا ً جداً ومتهالك وبرأي الشخصي إن تم تجديد الأثاث والديكورات سيصبح أفضل فندق .

الفندق هو المفضل لدي دائما لكن لازلنا نطمح من إدارة الفندق تغيير الأثاث لأنه قديم وكل الفنادق غيرت أثاثها إلا رامادا وكل الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ كمال ونعم الإداره لم يعجبني الأثاث لازال منذ سنوات طويلة هو نفسه لم يتغير نتمنى تغييره

الفخامة والراحه والهدوء والموقع لقد تم الحجز عن طريقكم ل جناح ديلوكس وتفاجأت بموظف الأستقبال اودايا يخبرني أن الحجز ل جونيور وان أردت استطيع إلغاء حجزكم وعمل حجز جديد بإضافت مبلغ ١٨٠ ريال ورفضت وقد وضعوني بجناح صغير رقم ٢٣٨ غرفه وصاله ولو حجزت عن طريقهم لكان سعر الجناح الجونيور ٥٧٨ريال أي بعد الخصم الخاص ل مجموعه سامبا المالية ممكن تصل ٤٠٠ ريال
