Friendly staff, English speaking which is rare in Saudi. Fully furnished accomodation. Location near the Kingdom Tower & shopping centers.

Veru good value for money, clean and location is very nice. staff are good and rooms are clean and wide. All facilities needed are present.Parking is available and wifi is free.

Nice apartment 303 but facing front of hotel next to main road so quite noisy.

Room 303 facing road got really noisy from 22:00 - 4am due to mechanical digger doing earthwork across the road and room only has secondary double glazing which was useless and ill fitting. Moved room but offered something smaller and as I was supposed to be staying for 1 year decided manager wasn't being very accommodating so left after 1 week of promises being broken. Receptionists good and room cleaners excellent. If they had given me some sort of refund I wouldn't have bothered to review but it's like getting blood out of a stone.

The staff, the room design and facilities, quite and almost central location, value for money, and cleanliness

No Sandwiches or any type of cakes except one dounts were found at the coffie shop at 6 am on 17 November 2012.

The hospitality of the staff was nice. Facilities were great especially the kitchen since we made use most of its amenities. Wifi was no hustle and we were able to call home to show how much my wife and I enjoyed the stay. Its perfect if you really want comfort and peacefull stay a little bit away from the city.

We requested for a room service to clean the room while we were out but they only clean the living room. Perhaps we should mentioned the whole room and maybe the cleaner was hesitant to enter the bedroom. Ther was only one remote for all the ac'S.
