It is opposite Rashid Mall. They use the world "hotel" to give impression of hotel environment which is not the case. There is nothing like hotel and it is simply semi furnished apartment building with no services. Even they don't have drinking water in the building; free or paid.

Great location, right next to a good coffee shop and just across the street from the Al-Rasheed Mall. Even though the rooms are basic, there is WiFi, TV, Bathrooms were only OK. No curtain on the shower, but still a rail.. just looked like it was not maintained very well, but it was clean. Also only one towel and even though I'd asked for another, they didn't provide. However I'd stay here again for sure.

You van easily walk to Al Rashed Mall so I prefer it to those are coming for shopping. Prise is cheep, no noise, easy reach to the city center. Walking to Al Rashed Mall.

Location only No swimming pool very , very narrow rooms, rooms not suitable for your pets even. Not clean. They don't have any idea about my reservation in Booking.com. Enternet is weak,bad, and slow it was bad.

The location was convenient for the purposes of our trip. Across the street from a large shopping mall with a large food court selection. After speaking with the manager regarding some concerns, he was very helpful; our stay was much improved. This is a Saudi family hotel so be prepared for some loud undisciplined children late into the evening. No amenities available for women.

It is close to Rashid mall which is good for shopping. It was very poorly kept and unbelievable dusty in the room. We only stayed there because we were promised a washing machine, but the machine we got was in very bad condition and we couldn't even use it so we had to go to a friend's house to wash the laundry. The location is great...shame that they don't take care of the place.

The Location: Next to Al-Rashid Mall A lot of things: 1- Bed is not even King or Queen size 2- No towels, or Mugs, you need to ask them to get them. and after asking for Mugs they gave us cups only !!!!! 3- For 2 nights" our period of stay" there was no room services at all....!!!!!! 4- The furniture was very old and not clean Would like to score this Hotel 3.5/10

لايوجد مواقف كافية والخدمة سيئة جداً وخدمة تنظيف الغرف قامو بي اخذ بعض من الملابس الداخلية والفوطة الخاصة بي ولم استطع استعادتهم لايوجد خصوصية دخول عمال النظافة الى الغرف مع اني نبهت الاستقبال بعدم دخول الغرف صندوق السيفتي معطل

للاسف الشقه متواضعه لا ترتقي للمستوى المطلوب المبنى من الخارج يبدو ممتاز عكس الداخل تماما الشقه تحتاج عمل نظافه وصيانه دورات المياه سجاد الشقه متواضع وغير نظيف بامكانك مشاهدت الاوساخ والبقع متواضعه جدا جدا كثره الصراصير والحشرات اثاث بسيط جدا طاقم العمل سيئ غير متجاوب عم طلبات النزلاء الجو العام للشقه من الداخل غير صحي ايجار الشقه عالي ولا يتناسب مع سعرها كثرة تهريبات المياه في دورات المياه اعزكم الله اتمنى عدم اضافها في مجموعه booking.com
