Paid internet... So many hotels now offer free wi-fi, but Marriott was about us$30 a day!

Raja Alqahatani at Reception was great and helpful.

Staff are under trained and not motivited to work and welcome guests. This is very true. Very few of hotel staff has a smile and willing to help. Staff at hotel enterance are extermely poor with guests. As I had a very bad experience with my car. I called for their manager and he was arguing and ready to fight. !!!!!

The Marriott apartments had better services and better facilities.

The service was ok, but the furniture and facilities were really old and some were uncomfortable.

Ideally suited for business. Close to many Government offices.

The hotel rooms need updating which to be fair, has been started. However, the price is high and not good value for money.

price , old furniture , no wireless facility , tight room no enough room or space for third bed , bad ventilation no windows allowed to open, high price for the mini bar.

the lobby was large and spacious and well designed.

when i checked in the didnt find my reservation despite me showing them the confirmation. Room service got my order wrong despite me taking the time to make sure they understood and repeated the order back to me.

Very bad smell. Confirmed booking was declined with stupid excuses (computer problems). My reservation was replaced by vip people. Junior suit was replaced by a large apartment with a very bad smell. No room service, no complementary water or coffe or tea. Brakefast is very limit. Nothing is there, no even egg. It was terrible experian. I will never ever book in this hotel

Riyadh Marriott Hotel charges more tares for breakfast than the prices on there web site.

Location good for my purposes as I needed to travel to the east of the city.

In general a very run down and tired hotel, old fittings, no care and attention to detail. For example, no hot water, bath plug didn't work. Food over priced, and poorly cooked. The staff are clearly aware that the hotel needs to improve, and are over attentive which is wearing after a while.

Staff were invariably friendly and helpful in resolving problems. Good gym / pool facilities Good food

With a little more efficiency, the problems referred to above would not need resolving. Hot water, kettle, newspaper, socket at desk, functional internet,hotel services guide should be available in all rooms at this standard of hotel.

The lobby area is very nice. Breakfast was good.

Tear and wear shows on the hotel.
