The hotel location was excellent. However, I didn't like my stay to the following reasons: 1) The room safe was not working and I have talked to the front desk about it. They said they will fix it. They never done it. 2)The lighting in the bath room is not enough. There is no lighting in the shower area. 3)Found some oil on the surface of the snacks shelf in the room. 4)The bed has rollers wich makes impossible to stay next the head board. 5)The hotel was very noisy that I couldn't sleep & I got Insomnia. 6)The room door is old that doesn't isolate the room from oitside noise. 7) It is unfair to classify this hotel as a 5 Stars ranked hotel.

Riyadh Marriott Hotel charges more tares for breakfast than the prices on there web site.

Staff were invariably friendly and helpful in resolving problems. Good gym / pool facilities Good food

With a little more efficiency, the problems referred to above would not need resolving. Hot water, kettle, newspaper, socket at desk, functional internet,hotel services guide should be available in all rooms at this standard of hotel.

its classic, well facilitated staff were kind & giving full service location of the hotel is good for my business price wise was fantastic room relaxation, bed comfort & noise reduction in the room was fantastic the hotel is stylish & well designed

some facilites has to be renewed like the bathrooms one night, there was little smell of dust in the room some accessories to consider like providing slippers . . .

only the positive thing is friendly and cooperative staff.

value of money not matching at all with that hotel. too old hotel. bath room was sooooo bad. elevator not wark with normal capacity (too old). finally I'd like to ask how come this hotel having the name of marriott (very famous brand)??????????

The Bed

The hote is clean when you enter the lobby but once you get in the room it turns out to be a very very old hotel. The carpet is old, the bathroom is old and doesn't represent a five or even a four star hotel. I classify this hotel as 3 stars at max if I am generous. You don't really get the value for what you paid.

Dear. Regarding our guest dissatisfaction of your services Today I was in meeting with my guest who show his dissatisfaction of ythe hotle services and the room it self He mentioned that rooms smells bad and the tolite was almost full of water overall it needs renovation soon.

I reserved an executive room but it was very very small with a poor and old design. For example they use a tv set from the 80s (I think) with a limited number of channels in an ugrly cabinet.

The Price

Ooms are too old, windows amd doors do not close, only one bottle of water, bathroom old, tv is falling apart, no convient located sockets to connect to computer, or charge mobile and others...spa dirty, swimming pool area freezing cold...
