The room, more like a suite, was very nice, and quite large, the bed was wide and comfortable. The location is great, right off of the main road coming from the airport, not far from the airport, not far from the shopping malls on Olaya Street. No breakfast is served, but there is a convenience store and a laundromat right next to the entrance of the hotel. Although there is no actual parking lot for the hotel, you can park your car on the street right in front of the hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. I strongly recommend this place if you want a no-nonsense deal and you are on a tight budget. we loved the stay so much that we booked a room for our next stay a week later.

Clean and comfy bed, sheets, covers and pillows. Good bathroom standard. Electric stove. Laundry and minimarket in same building. Not far from other amenities.

Slight unpleasant oder in bathroom (despite cleanliness) and no air freshner. Pool not open during winter! No restaurants in immediate vicinity.

The reception design

Its right off the Ring Road, near to the airport, so easy to get to with laundry, small grocery shop in the same building, also a women's saloon. The services are matched with any 5 star hotel in terms of customer care, room service, the decor and some amnesties with small kitchen, fridge and everything you need for a few days or months.

They need to upgrade some of their facilities like the internet access (the signal and speed are good but access is limited to Computers). A restaurant close by would be nice, but, in that city everything closes around 10 at night so I don't know if it would make any difference. Need More Parking Space, for Sure.

The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are very clean and fairly well maintained.

I booked this hotel for my boss...Today, he came back and he told me the hotel was really nice! The rooms are clean, like stay at home.

The room rate is reasonable.

The laundry shop is beside the hotel and it was very noisy at night.

This is highly recommend as a residence, very resonable price, clean apartments, three family swimming pool, friendly staff especially the guy at the reception. Don't miss this resonable priced apartments.
