The location, the Japanese restaurant

I was expecting something much better than that, everything was below average and didn't reach my expectation..the staff, lobby, atmosphere wasn't cozy , the furniture was very simple as if its an office furniture, the tv screen was very small and far away from the bed, no I-pod speakers, actually nothing worth the payment.. I stayed for one night only then I had to cancel the remaining 3 nights, I went to a 4 stars hotel, It was more cozy and comfortable than the rosewood hotel and I enjoyed my stay there.. the same thing happened with my friend she didn't like it at all.

The public spaces are very nice and the rooms are spacious and with ultra modern touches like electric windows, blinds etc. The hotel staff are nice generally and take time to greet and chat with you. The responses to my service requests were quick and helpful.

It should be made clear on all websites that the main facilities of the hotel - rooftop pool and state of the art gym are not available to women- men only. Also the staff is not willing to try and compensate for this by - for example - offering free wi fi in public areas (they just need to provide a password). The restaurants though nice are very pricey. Finally I took a deluxe room advertised to have a sea view. It did but only if you stand or sit in one particular spot right by the window. Otherwise you look out on a wall of the building. This is especially annoying because the bed is facing the wrong way so you see the building as opposed to the sea when you sit on it. The room though nice did not live up to its billing or price as a sea view room.

Hotel staff are so nice with the guests.

I brought some roses for a special occasion. In the middle of my celeration, I recived a letter from the hotel manager telling me that roses are not acceptable in the hotel. I paid around 400 sr fine for thier mistake not telling me the roules of the hotel since the chick in.

I like the location of this hotel , also I like the new tech in the rooms, every thing you can control from the touchable board next to your bed :) I really like that

Actually my room was next to the elevator and I hear some noises . also there is no free internet , you have to pay 100 sr (37.5 $) every day to get internet .. or you can pay 40 sr (almost 10 $) in hour if you want to use the internet from the lobby

after i did the booking, someone called me from the hotel to confirm the booking and i requested a suite in 10 floor or higher and he confirmed it on 13th floor. but in checking in the Receptionist denied that and offered me in rood way another one in 5th floor. Anyway after hard time, he found a suit in 10th floor but I got it after 30 min to clean it up.

Room view, the ameneties dont meet the price, the bathroom floor and shower bath are not clean, wi fi so expensive

Expensive, services, they do not treat guests the same. Every day I have to complain yet nothing happened until I contact the hotel manager.

A nice hotel with amazing rooms . . The amwaj room was breathtaking even though it was overlooking the city not the beach it didn't matter much . .

Room service and laundry are a bit expensive . .
