in the past i use to like it but since my last 2 trips, nothing to like about it! i would use park hyatt more in the future. i always book through booking.com this hotel, but recent visits to this hotel was very bad from receiption staff, knight receiption staff, house keeping, all the way to management of the hotel. after my recent stay in it, i would describe it as a normal 2 star hotel in jeddah with very poor un qulified staff!!!!

the hotel management was very bad. they did not check us in until 5 PM, we were waiting in the loopy since 3 PM. when u make the checkout they charge u for the gifts the provided, and the charge for the bathroom amenities like shampoo and soup. staff were too poor, don't know how to deal with clients. room furniture is good but poor maintenance

I loved the room, location, and decor of the hotel i did not enjoy this hotel becuse Rosewood hotels has a reputation but not in jaddah very bad service room service very bad, you need to go down to ask for, otherwise, they will ignore your ... Rosewood Corniche High price poor service Not worth paying that much

i just like the location its near the stars avenue mall and the beach the bathroom is not matching with the hotel its so simple it's matched with a3 or 4 stars hotel .. even the lotion and the shampoos are refill able its not for one use . when u take shower the water come out of the bath tub . also the room rug seems new there is a smell of the rug glue . also during the breakfast they did not have water in the buffet ,so we ordered one . by check out they make us pay 36 riyal per small bottle of Evian water.

A nice hotel with amazing rooms . . The amwaj room was breathtaking even though it was overlooking the city not the beach it didn't matter much . . Room service and laundry are a bit expensive . .
