-The location is excellent with quite atmosphere. The hotel is overlooking the promenade and the room has a nice sea view with floor to ceiling glass windows.
- I used the website of the hotel to reserve the hotel transportation to pick me up from the airport and I got a confirmation from the hotel. when I called the hotel from the airport, well they simply asked me to get a taxi!!! - The food at the restaurant is not up to my expectation. - You don't have a feeling of a 5 star hotel in terms of warm welcome and hotel management.
The pelo is now comfortable at all i had a headache because of it!!
everything was excellent.Spacious, clean room.Check in was smooth and fast.Special thanks to Mr. Tal at reception desk who was really courteous and very helpful.Upgraded my room at no extra cost.Check in was done by him in a few minutes only without any hassle.Buffet breakfast was absolutely great.I am sure I will stay here if I come back to Jeddah again
No free internet
I chage the room twice because of the carpet is dirty.
They didn't gave me a room that i reseved
The rooms are spacious and the staff in the reception were welcoming
The room butlers were rude and not professional answering the phone We booked a double bed room and they gave us a queen bed. They offered a free extra bed but we didn't receive it.
Well, the constent followup from the hotel staff even befor arriving was reassuring, the swift check-in, the honeymooners decorated room although wasn't requested left a big impression on the wife not to mention the upgrade, and the restaurant was just amazing if you are into Japanese. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and rosewood just exceeded the original stay memories with them.
We arrived to Jeddah earlier then expected, we tried checking in earlier then 3.00pm but was impossible and in the time understandable.
We booked an executive suite and stayed for a week. The view was excellent and the room was comfortable. The staff are also very nice. And the breakfast buffett has an exellent variety for selection
The shower cubicle leaks a lot water. It should be fixed. The reception area is very hot, this should be improved as well
Smell of the bathroom was bad (seems to be a sewage smell)
Good location and nice rooms
Breakfast needs to be improved
Nice hotel, good service, hi-tec rooms.
- great sea view from the executive suite.
- the cleanliness was not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. - i guess the bathroom used as an ashtray from the previous gusts!!!. - the furniture is old. - i asked for room cleaning service before living for dinner, when I came back the room was as i left it( i was out for more than 3 hours).
Expensive room rates for the quality TV did not work most of the time. TV Picture quality was very poor because set were too old Internet was slow Rates for food or drinks are too high
The sea view was awesome
Location and welcoming staff
Had to pay for sufficient internet which can be offered for free for hotel guests
Room size , price is good related to jeddah 5 star hotel , exellent view
Every things The best in saudi arabia
Nothing at all
Nothing really. Everything was average or bellow, it is a very overrated hotel and I was expecting more.
-Bathroom was old, a couple of scratches are visible on the tub, and you can hear the drops of leaked water while on the bed. -The bed was old too, you can hear the squeaking sound of it. -Very overpriced food and WiFi. Double to triple the prices of fancy restaurants in Jeddah and almost 10 times the prices of local restaurants with almost the same quality. I give rosewood 4 stars at max.
Noisy outside the room Very bad fruits for the welcoming Services quality was poor
I was checked in to the wrong room. Butler service didn't match my expectations and I think it would not make any difference without it.
It should be a 2-3 stars hotel
I liked, location, luxurious ,Japanese restaurants, lounge, hospitality, and excellent survives from staff.
limitation of activities for families or kids. no offered programs. as I said suitable for business men.
Location was excellent the room had a great view of the redsea i especially liked thd master control panel with which you could control the curtain, lights and do not disturb light etc In dining restaurant noodels was very excellent i highly recommend it
Check in counters were only two staff members and was often crowded so you had to wait about 10-15 mins there should be more staff members. I informed the hotel about my stay that is was a special occasion but they didnt seem to care
