الغرف ذات الوان مريح الاستقبال سئ الطاقم سئ وتعاملهم سئ شوي ويجلدونك ازعاج وضوضاء عالية مدخل الفندق يوحي بانه استاحة محطة موب فندق مافيه اي مستندات تثبت الدفع ولا يعطونك اي ايصالات

موقعه هناك امور يجب التنبيه عليها وهي : ١- السعر : حجزت غرفة عن طريق البوكنج بـ ( 600 ) ريال ، بينما الفندق يؤجر هذه بـ ( 450 ) ولما ناقشت الموظف عن ذلك رد علي بأن موقع بوكنج يأخذ عليهم رسوم . ٢- انا حجزت غرفة شامل الافطار : في الحقيقة لم احصل على افطار ابداً وطالبتهم ولكن دون جدوى وهذا كذب للاسف . ٣- تعامل موظفي الفندق للاسف سيئة جدا جدا، وايضاً ازعاجهم لي بكثرة الاتصالات في اول يوم دخول ولخبطتهم مع نزيل آخر . ٤- ارجوا من موقع بوكنج اخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار ومستعد للتواصل معهم بشأن هذا الموضوع .

اعجبني ان الفندق جديد واثاثه نظيف والطاقم حسنين التعامل وجيدين بالخدمة وموقعه ممتاز جدا حيث انه يقع بمنطقة بين ينبع البحر والهيذة الملكية

The room rate through booking.com was higher than if you contact the hotel directly. I will prefer to contact the hotels directly for bookings.
