ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ﻣﻘﺒﻮﻝ ﻻ ﻧﺔ ﻗﺮﻳﺐ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺷﺪ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻕ ﺍﻟﺴﺮﻳﻌﺔ. ﻻ ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺍﻱ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻓﻨﺪﻗﻴﺔ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﺑﺴﻴﻄﺔ ﺟﺪﺍ.

أعجبني كل شيء نظيف و هادىء و موقعه استراتيجي بجانب أسواق الراشد والتكيييف بنظام الوحدات ( بااارد و هادىء) الذي لم يعجبني هو استأجرت الشقة ب 400ريال من موقع بوكينغ في حين أن موظف الاستقبال يؤجرها لعموما الناس ب350ريال فقط وعلل موظف الاستقبال ذلك بأن موقع بوكينغ يحسم من المبلغ 50ريال !!
