Noisy neighbour. Shower glass removed, so water everywhere after a shower.

Rooms are well maintained

I stayed 3 time in this hotel and for the first time I have been disappointed about the cleanliness of the room (bathroom with hairs of previous costumers, dirty sink in the kitchen, lower part of the bed sheet tainted with coffee, bathroom mirror dirty, toilet sit not clean, internet connection very poor and going off time to time). I have been disappointed and told the reception when checked out, and even if they apologized, a gesture of good will would have been appreciated. Regards, Gregoire VANNOYE.

During shower in the bathroom, there is no barrier for water so the whole bathroom is getting wet

It is better than many hotels, what I liked the most was the cleanliness of the rooms, I was lucky to get the last room available through booking.com

I liked the location. The internet was free and with good signal, which is fantastic.

Although there was coffee/tea maker, there was no tea or coffee sachets provided, they do provide it to one bedroom apartment only. Furthermore, a charge is applied on using credit cards in this hotel, which is simply illegal. Finally, it seems to me that the walls between the rooms are not isolated enough, the doors also have the same problem. There was a constriction process at the time we checked in and we did not informed about, it cost us unpeaceful morning sleep.

Staff was very friendly, room very clean, good coffee shop, location very good.

Need to clean the sofa or replaced.

In terms of alkhobar standard it is ok ,I like it for the money value .

Wifi is very weak there is no dining table , kitchen appliances very poor and so many things missing .

Excellent Staff. Nice clean apt. Full cookware. Quite and good AC and WI FI.

The climate of the flat was very nice and the staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful

very limited services as they dont have any food service.

Good staff and facilities. However slightly difficult to find even with a navigator. Nice, quite and clean place.

الاثاث نظيف نسبيا طاقم العمل ودودين

احد ايام اقامتي كان فيه اعمال بناء بالغرفة الي فوقي من الساعه سبع ونص صباحا وما قدرت انام رغم اني كلمت الاسنقبال اكثر من مره , اضافه الى ان العوازل سيئة جدا حيث انك تسمع صوت الي جنبك بكل وضوح

أجنحة واسعة ونظيفة... ولكن

قمت بالحجز لأجنحة شام مرتين.. في المرة الثانية تفاجأت عند وصولي بامتلاء الأجنحة بحجة أن بعض المستأجرين قرروا التمديد!!! اذا حدثت لك لا تتوقع أن يعتذر منك المسؤول عن الأجنحة وانما سيعرض عليك عروض سكنية سيئة وتدخل في مفاوضات لا حاجة لك فيها.. لا أنصح بالمغامرة اذا كانت معك عائلة

الاستقبال والترحيب كانوا لبقين للغاية والشقه كانت واسعة والحمامات كبيرة
