Good rooms, nice breakfast, clean and tidy. welcoming staff. pillows were too thick, and staff can be more welcoming and provide better advice to guests arriving earlier than check-in time.

the location, very near to Masjid Al Nabawi, rooms, restaurant, food and staff at the breakfast restaurant. the toileteries are really good with a very different aroma. the corridor leading to the rooms, dark and the carpet is dirty, very poor lights in the corridor and the numbering of rooms, have to go very close to see them.

The location is only minutes walking to the Prophet's mosque. Our room was big and had a separate majlis with a sofa bed. The room easily could have slept 4 people. The hotel and rooms have a lovely, unique and classy Arabic design. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet included in the price was a real treat. The carpet in our room was exceptionally stained, which was unusual given the otherwise nice décor and facilities.

Very near to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Horrible parking facilities in basement with no control of where people park resulting in blockages. I booked a deluxe double room which had only 1 chair in the sitting area and no table. The table was refused even when I called to complain.
