Friendly staff

No internet, very expensive. Limited restaurant on site. Window glass not clean. Breakfast buffet was mostly fruits and danishes.

1. Deputy manager lacks the power to handle basics! 2. It seems their focus only on the Airlines crew. I had a feeling that I was staying in Airport!

The servie was not like a 5 star hotel, they provided us with plastic cups and spoons which melted in the cup when we did the tea, the Air conditioning was very hot, we called them many times to come and fix it, they did not provide slippers, fruits as complemntary service

Its location which is near sea side and shopping malls. It's a suitable place for family.

I always liked staying in Sheraton Hotel. I like to customer-friendly staff; comfort and location of this Hotel.

Although Hotel Management is trying to make this place a Smoking Free zone but still there are some floors; restaurants and lobby where I have seen people smoking heavily.

I stated honeymoon stay, I was expecting them to add flowers or some chocolate.. The didn't add any of those. It was normal stay. I don't recommend the place for honeymoon stay at all

Food in Japanese restaurant

Cost for internet is ridiculously high. I had to pay sar100 per device for less than a day. And in the restaurant internet did not even work... Especially for returning guests (SPG) it should be included instead. For me a reason not to come back anymore.

Very clean, good food, good location

Very poor customer service. While checking in they make you pay everything and put a deposit as if you are going to steel them.

Internet is not offered for all customers. It depends on your reservation type which makes no sense. I think internet usage should not be paid for during your stay in any hotel especially 5 and 4 stars hotels.

No balacon or windows

It was one of the worst experinces . I chose the hotel when i read in the website that there is a ladies pool . The surprise was that it was chargable and this was not mentioned in the website . I paid 1200 per night expexting to benefit form a 5 star hotel services . instead I had to pay for everything extra even the simplest rights that hotels all over the world provide for their guest which is using the pool and the internet and ordering a taxi . you can never ask them to order a taxi for you unless you are willing to pay 100 rs per hour for the hotel car . and if you ask them to call a taxi for you they will simply ask you to cross the street to find one , and it doesnt matter if you are a man or a lady . you also have to beg for towels and slippers . and dont be surpirsed to find the fridge empty . tottally normal at Damam sheraton . I would rather die than go there again befor the change the way they treat their guests .

The Saudi staff at the reception didn't know what to do and they kept on calling other receptionist to help. It took me 35 minutes to check-out.

The spa facilities are not allowed to the room guest without extra charge 150sr for single visit. Also, not mentioned in the restrictions of hotel agreement. They are cheating us .!!! Becareful.
