Nice sea view, spa area is good, - Very bad odor/smell at the floor (5th floor) - buffet staff was unprofessional, all were standing starring at you while you are preparing your dish, not nice. - WiFi was not working at the room. - Reception never answers the phone, i tried hundreds of times to call my family while i am outside, all in vein. - guests cars were parking in front of the hotel main entrance without any comment from the valet parking officers.

The sea view Poor staff... house keeping is very bad skipped cleaning ine night and does not put enough towels for 2. Business center is extremely bad with no printer and old laptops some not connected to the net. Reception takes your requests and does nothing totally... worst experince ever.

The place had a nice modern design to it both hotel and room. Room service and staff were good. check in was quick Internet was bad and really slow. I kept hearing everything that goes on on the room next door because of the joint doors. My wife's in Room Massage got cancelled 2 hours notice. The sea view was not really worth it just a pile of dirt view not even green which was the cost guard port and the glass was not that clean to enjoy it. Room service food was missing spices and salt.

The shape of the building specially the lobby The ignorance and bad treatment of the front desk staff. Other are low caliber staff. Poor cleanness of the rooms. I had to change the room but still not that clean.
