Rooms are big. Bed makers were almost rude. Bed sheets were dirty and when we request replacement, the bed makers were unhappy and acted badly. So I had to talk to the receptionist who were more friendly. The sheets were replaced, but the sheets were not ironed. If it is up to me, I will replace the manager and for bed making, I will hire some Filipinos to replace the current bed makers. Increase the level of service and cleanness, then I can increase the price of the hotel a bit. The potential is wasted: rooms are big, but human resources are the weak point.

لاشيء باستتثناء أنه متوفر للحجز عن طريق booking.com المكان قذر الشراشف غير نظيفة ولم يتم تنظيف دورات المياه أو التشييك عليها بعد الساكن السابق والإدارة غير متعاونة وعامل التنظيف رفض التنظيف إلا إذا دفعت له

الغرفة واسعة جدا وبها جميع المحتويات من طاولة طعام وتسريحة وكنب وشرفه مطلة ومطبخ صغير,موقعه ممتاز, قربه من كافة الخدمات والأسواق , سعره مناسب جدا,قربه من منتزه الردف وحديقة الحيوان,بالإضافة للنظافة,الإستقبال كان لطيفا وكان يتصل علينا عندما نخرج ليتاكد هل سنمدد أو لا قلة عدد العمال , في البداية لم يغير مفرش السرير عندما دخلنا وكان متسخا وعندما طلبنا منه تغييره غضب ولكنه في النهايه استبدله. طلبنا منهم مناديل فلم يوفروه لنا.الإزعاج أحيانا,الإضاءة في الغرفه خافته

موقعها لابأس بها رغم وجود مقهى في الاسفل لم المس اي ازعاج لو كان السعر اقل قليلا ستكون افضل مكان اعود اليه ونظيفه ومرتبه تم توفير الصابون والمناديل بعد طلبها من الاستقبال لاتوجد غساله يجب وضع حمايه على الشرفه عن الاطفال خطيييره

قربه من وسط المدينة والاماكن السياحية. اتساع الغرفة. عدم توفر لوازم الحمام مثل الصابون والشابوا الا بعد طلبها. عدم توفر مناشف في الحمامات.

موقعة وتهوية جيدة النظافة بشكل عام وانخفاض البلكونة مما فيه خطورة على الاطفال عدم وجود تلفزيون في غرفة النوم عدم وجود ادوات في المطبخ مع قدارة الثلاجة الاضاء سيئة
