Lot or construction noise. Uncomforatbly low bed. All lighting has to be operated from 1 switch near the bed. Breakfast very poor. Always 5 staff standing in the lobby, gives an uncomfortable feeling (suits and sunglasses)

Ac is very loud. Door broke. Not clean. Breakfast poor. Receptionist is a big liar, the Gym did not have any staff to speak to.... The worst in my whole experience

The service at reception but also in general was very customer oriented

Ideal located, less noice as located away from main roads, new and delicate, equipped with all requered modern features, service was exelent, Food was very good as well, will definately stay with you during my next trip 1 week of May!

Would be fine if glutenfree bread or crackers could be available, as I cannot eat normal bread. - Hilton Garden at Olaya St do provide this.

Staff were extremely professional and friendly. Room was great, with large double bed, and very modern. Would certainly stay at the hotel again and recommend to anyone travelling to Riyadh looking for a central location.

The location is perfect and the staffs were very kind

There is construction beside the hotel

Staff are very nice, they are flexible in check in and check out. Also they can offer you more furniture for free. Hotel is very clean, very neat and it location is very good.

The location of the hotel is next to several construction sites who operate almost 24 hrs and generate a lot of noise.

Friendly staff at concierge but a little bit like machines, no solutions.... good location

Never was all finished, no coffe at room, only tea, no spoon for the coffe, on the dinners there was always something missing on the table. No lockers or towels on the gym. The water on the jacuzzy was always cold, the steam hamman was only a chair space and it was colder than outside.

1-its almost new, very clean and the decoration is soo nice. 2- Staff are very cooperative.

1- staff rest room is beside the guest, this is not acceptable. 2- options in breakfast is very limited, it should be improved. 3-Many people are smooking at the lobby.

I liked the calmness and comfort of the hotel, friendly and polite staff, and many many things. I liked the hotel and planning to book it more and more and more....

There is nothing to be disliked in the hotel. Everything is just perfect.

This is very well placed if you want to make shopping or visit at a walking distance the Towers. The rooms are nice. Connection to INternet acceptable. Breakfast is OK. Very close to Starbucks and KFC. Also very close a Mall.

This is a new hotel and it is in an area full of new buildings constructions. Too noisy from 6,30 in the morning. I guess after 1 year it will be better.

The reception staff were excellent. Mr Hamada El Kilany was extremely helpful in providing information on where to shop, where to eat, organizing taxis and generally making our stay happy. The breakfast was very filling and a large variety. I wanted a bath but the rooms have none, so they upgraded my accommodation, which was a nice touch. The location is good for conducting business.

Google map does not give sufficient directions. It is behind Kentucky and Hardees, not on Olaya as promoted. Difficult to find. Also no offense to hotel but serious construction going on so very noisey.

I liked the price of sr 450. I liked its location I liked its lobby
