Location was the best.

Detergents smell was very strong and annoying.

The staff. The location as many shops were around such Panda, Coffee Shops etc ... The balcony and the possibility to enjoy a breakfast outdoor. The bathroom was the best ever !

Only one bathroom in the family flats. Parking is a little bit limited if you have a big car to park.

It's a good place to stay in. Very nice view and everything is near you. Shopa resturants. I'd give it an 7.5 of 10

The friendliness of the staff. I was help and served always prominently. I stayed here many times and will always stay here when I visit Al Khobar. Above average.

There is only one bathroom while we were 5 persons!!! it was un-convinient!

I like the facility and the location of the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staffs were friendly.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location which is in front of Saad hospital is near almost every thing needed, a supermarket is less than a minute walk and in the same building you can find more than one coffee store and a travel office. Also, within less than a minute walk you can find around five different restaurants (Mac, Kodo, Pastries Kingdom and others).

The parking area is somehow not enough for the gests

I was surprised about the value of the money I paid with this good hotel

Some of the staff couldnt speak arabic niether english.. And when I asked for an extra bed they provided me a very old dirty one.., Otherwise the hotel was perfect in location and service

باب الحمام (اكرمكم الله) لا يغلق, الاضاءة ضعيفة جدا في الجناح, الغرفة مليئة برائحة التدخين مع اننا طلبنا غرفة لغير المدخنين,كان في حشرات غريبة تمشي على الجدار, بالنسبة للسعر المدفوع لا يوجد اي نوع من الخدمات في الفندق ولا حتى مطعم ,وحتى الثلاجةاللي فالجناح فاضية, واذا طلبت شي يقولون في بقالة في اخر الشارع. المشكلة الكبيرة كانت اننا كنا نبغى نغير الحجز ونطلع من الفندق بدري كم يوم قبل, قال موظف الاستقبال "معليش الممبلغ انسحب بالكامل وما نقدر نسوي شي" فاضطريت اني اكلم Booking.بالتلفون واقولهم المشكلة ورجعوا المبلغ المتبقي. ما انصح اي احد ينزل في هذا الفندق.
