the design is magnificent spacious

the rooms interiors doesn't really match how awesome is the outside design.

It is very elegant and splendid hotel. It feels more like versaille. New and excellent service. Food is nice. Room is spacious. Away from traffic in Riyadh

Very luxrious to the extent of royalty. You have to go around formal in the lobby or you would look like a beggar. Food is pricey if you are coming on a personal budget. Location is not that close to shopping or business center. You should expect a bit of travel but less traffic congestion.

The general design of the hotel gives you the feel of luxury while you will be shocked when you test the services.

Overall I've chosen Ritz for the First night of my Honeymoon and that was a big mistake I made. Very poor hotel in the level of services as well very very poor staff level and I really mean it.

The services, amnesties and overall experience efforts reflects the majesty of that the awe-ing structure. Good, trained staff, clean locations, relaxing atmosphere and unique amnesties. Would definitely recommend it.

For a hotel with this caliber, sometimes you wish to be able to walk to the next door mall to pass some time. But given the security circumstances, that might be overlooked.

- Staff are not friendly especially the officer in charge I stayed 4 nights and I asked to extend check out untill 4 pm he refused in very rood way saying if so I have to pay half day stay - They did not offer any kind of facilities showing their intest to help i asked if they can hep me in ticket confirmation reservatoion they said their office is not ready and so on - Room serves and other people from hotel kept on knocking each time on our door asking if we need anything at the end we shooted at them saying if we need we will call - Price is very high although room as other 5 star hotel

Actuly I don't like booking.com because your rate was without breakfast and when I checked with hotel I found out that If I add sar 50 only I will have the breakfast included instead of me paying sar 155 . I might not use you for my future reservation or recommend you to any one. Regards

The building is great, the entrance hall is fabulous, it shows the atmosphere of a special luxury hotel. The room was perfect, nice design and comfortable, really luxury up to the highest expectations. The breakfast was ok, but nothing particular, like a standard 5 star hotel.

The staff was not on top of their duties. It took them nearly 1 hour to realise that we are ready to order at the bar and another 20 mins to bring 2 coffees. The front desk took the preauthorisation from my credit card twice, once at check in, once some hours afterwards for the same amount, and even asking 3 times, twice in the hotel, once after leaving through email, they didn't manage to delete the second blocking from the card for days. Finally the only chance getting a car from the hotel to the airport is the quite expensive hotel car as the staff claims they cannot let a city taxi into the hotel due to security reasons, that is unique in Riyadh where in other hotels it is no issue at all.

I came @ 2pm & I couldn't check in until 5pm. When I used the shower & my wife washes her hand, the water almost stopped in the shower.The people in the reception have no idea of handling any issue.

A few of the staff were trying to be up to Ritz standard but the rest of them did not perform well.

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh is absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless, clean and looks like a palace! The staff were all amazing and succeeded in making us feel like the most important people in the world! We had roses, Arabic sweets and fruit left in the room each day. We were given free tea samples by the coffee shop in the lobby. A fabulous experience and this hotel is now top of my list of great hotels worldwide! Thank you to ALL the wonderful staff and also to the General Manager who took the time to come and greet us and chat. I will be staying at Ritz-Carlton , Riyadh again.
