Room service was not available when required. Breakfast is oriented to Arabic taste, for westerners it´s kind of poor.

The swimming pool described on booking.com and their wedb site if for sauna onlym and cold. Kids were very disappointed. Will never come back.

1. We were three families and two singles, I liked that we all were welcomed in the Hotel even the singles. 2. The parking availability. 3. The lobby is bug and nice. 4. Each room contains a TV. 5. We do not have to wait much for the elevators. 6. The Hotel is close to the cornice. 7. The rooms and suites are calm, we have not be disturbed. 8. The staff hospitality.

1. For each suite, we got two access cards. We discovered that when we fix one card for a suite the other one will not work then you have to fix it, then the first one will not work. (Two cards will not work at the same time). 2. The check out time to be slightly later specially on Friday (because there is Jumaa prayer and it finished at 12:45 PM). 3. We did not know where is the swim pool.

The soap quality for shower in toilet was the same for hand wash

Very small swimming pool & gym and it's only til 8pm.. Sauna has a cost of SR 200.. Visitor is not allowed! what a waste. HAHAHA I saw cockroach in my room..

I only liked the phitos of their rooms which were posted on Booking

We have seen cockroaches everywhere when walked in the Royal suite! However, staff were cooperative. They gave me some time so I can go out and find a hotel to move to. I was in luck to find 2 rooms available at Golden Tulip.

The living room is specious kinda close to Khobar Corniche I reserved the executive room there were 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen the restaurant in the upper floor has a good view on the sea

We took 2 key cards the problem was if I used one of them I have to recharge the another, so it works with only one key card.

Staff were friendly, room was good with all facilities (iron, fridge etc) Easy parking and central location. Price was reasonable for a 2 bedroom suite

Breakfast was not worth the trip to the dining room! Coffee weak. Internet kept failing, but no problem as password for next doors connection was easily guessable!

There is no sign on the hotel for the new name of the hotel. The room was not cleaned up from the previous coustemer. The swimming pool is small and crowded. The breakfast buffet was not as I axpected. The price was to much comparing to the services

قنوات التلفزيون يفضل أن يكون هناك رسيفر لكي يختار النزيل مايحتاج. الأسعار مبالغ فيها كثيرا مقارنه مع البحرين ودبي مع الفارق لصالحهما

النظافه والموقع وكذلك اتساع الغرف

بوفيه الافطار يغلق مبكراً وكذلك التلفاز لا يوجد به قنوات اطفال

التعامل السريع والراحه

النظافة والتكييف نوعا ما لم يكن بالشكل المطلوب

الغرف كبيره وجميله والفطور لابأس به

وجدنا حشرات في الصاله وهذا ماسبب لي الإزعاج

الهدوء والتصميم

النظافه والشراشف قذره ولايوجد مطعم جيد بالفندق او قائمه طعام مرضيه

1-الاستقبال ممتاز . 2-حجم الشقة مناسب . 3-الافطار بسيط جدا .

الاثاث و الشقة مستهلكيين .
