Friendly reciption staff

The hotel location is in a very noisy district The mini bar was totaly empty There was only one towel in the bathroom I had to request hangers for my clothes since there are nothing The breakfast menu was very limited

the breakfast was very poor.toilet was not spacious. Mini bar was empty.

Car barking is very limited and this the only big problem

Nice clean rooms and location

Since it is a tourist city, so there should be staff who atleast speaks english. Time and again we had to call somebody to help.

the hotel near of the markets and resturants,

you can not find the basic facilities in this room like the boiler and the cups. When I asked to washing my cloths they told me first check the price, suddenly they told me the washing service is not avalible !

The Hotel is located in the heart of Taif , my wife and I planned a leisure trip to Taif and we found this hotel in Booking.com ( a program i use almost daily to review hotels and offers, the best site ever ) and we fnished the search and booking in 3 minutes. We loved the hotel from out to inside , the staff were so nice and welcomed us with sweet and great smile. The booking procedure took 2-3 minutes. Rooms were clean and with neutral odour

The only problems (if you call it aproblem) the area is a bit noisy but once you close your door and window its quite. Need more towels in the bathroom.

they have no transportation from and to the airport, "there is no Taxi in the city at all"

It was very bad to deal with, in fact the front counter charged me extra sr 50 he tried to take sr 100, when I asked him for the bill, he replied as this money is used in house and he can con add it to the bill. Anyway I did not like thw way of cheating the costomer coming from far away to stay.

Nice location - close to markets and shopping mall. Friendly staff and clean rooms. They also extended the checkout time to 4pm (regular checkout time : 2pm). Overall, economical and good place for family stay.

A little difficlt to approach the hotel.

The only good point was that when the complaints were made the Manager Mr. Badar took it seriously and offered us a much better alternate room.

- The room that was shown on Booking.com was different than what was offered ..... - cleanliness is a big issue.... - parking is also very difficult... - not value for money as a three star...

Bed room & bath room are well organized, good lobby & parking.

Food is very bad and expensive for no reason, I ordered a meal and couldn't continue, I threw out quickly, thanks God. I asked to change the towels and it came after 2 or 3 hours. I kept the cleaning sign on the door when I left in the morning, then I came back evening and found my room not cleaned.

Its a good hotel, situated in the center of Taif, we faced little problems on arriving to the hotel as the coordinations available on booking website are wrong..

The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. It was located in the city center thus everything was close..

The only things which was not upto the mark was the Suhoor (breakfast in ramadan) and there was no room service during day for old and young children.

منظم وتعامل ممتاز من الموظفين

اخذت جناح جونيور لمدة ليلة .. اشكر الاخوة السعوديين بالإستقبال كان استقبالهم ممتاز ومتعاونين جدا شكرا لهم
