When I see the dirty Bathroom and the very yellow dirty pillows, we quit and the Reception refused to refund us the cash although we just went up and came down immediately. Last time

I liked the Location, building, room service.

I don't like the reception at night shift. From 9:00 pm in Sunday 16/12/2012.

The location, it is just 5 minutes from the sea side

Except the good location, there is nothing which you can like about this place. poor service, no maintenance, internet connection not working though i complained 3-4 times. bad toilet, broken ceiling. over priced, the 5 star sofitel which is more near to see is charging the same with excellent service.

The only thing special about this hotel is the sea view

Very old and deteriorated furniture, the doors are damaged with holes in the frames, the receptionists should be for 1 stars hotel. the prices are too high for the service provided. I stayed in 715 which was not ready by the time I arrived at 5:00 p.m. I really do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Good location which you able to have all entertinment near you

Services was poor there no clean at all also kitchen equipment not found old furniture also materials which used was old and the value of payment to much against the services

Rooms were very dirty, beds had so much hair on the bed sheets, there were insects in bathroom tubs i had to check out at once and got paid back my money after a long strugle with hotel management. I do not recommend this hotel to any body ever.

bath room is so bad

They claim that they are four star but to my experience they are not even one star. I booked the business suites with two rooms. This was not suite but just an apartment with one toilet for four persons. Secondly the facility they have given is nonsense.they given us only one towel & it took two days to give me another towel all the time i was asking for the towel. The water in bath tub was not available & after twenty four hours of our arrival & after several request they came & repair. It was very clear at the time of booking that child up to the age of twelve can stay free & i put a note that i have daughter of nine years. they did not respected their offer & taken money from me for the breakfast of my daughter with out any receipt. I stayed there for days & three nights & during this period no body came to clean the room despite my several request. Staff was having no courtesy. finally i think i lost my money USD 960.00 only i could have stayed in other hotel with this amount. Finally i would like to request to booking . com to verify before advertising on their site for booking. The reputation of booking .com will suffer. I should have claim my money back.

The location I liked.

Everything in Tulip Inn Seaview is bad, no comments on the service because there was not. I payed for room + breakfast cash, before entering the room. I learned this: they do not supply (any) food, no service, nothing in the room even no towels, no information, not a single cup, no minibar, no water cooker, nothing in the room even no towels! . They refused to pay back the breakfast money, although they promise to give back. In Al Khobar I stood already in Holiday Inns (also during Ramadan), in Boudl and more;prices lower or same but the quality much higher! They service breakfast any hour you ask (but in the room). In twenty years I did in average 100 hotelnights a year. In 2012, I already stood 100 hotel-nights in Saudi. In twenty years this Tulip Inn is the worst place I have been. Cannot carry a name of Hotel. It is not a hotel. There is no any education. Its was not bad, it was extremely BAD.
