Only location Breakfast was average
Staff is very poor Uncooperative We have to wait for 1 hour for checkin. Bathroom has poor drainage system. Water overflows. No house keeping arrangements
nearest place to Haram.
they will over look booking requirements.
Location and food quality
Poor quality of room service, room is not made till late evening, no change of the towels, TV is not working, operator is not answering most of the time and even if answered no response is there...
Elevator good, near by the haram,it's take only 10 mint to reach haram.
Breakfast is very crowded at the weekend if you leave your place table to get something, you find some one take your place. Need more space.
Wide breakfast variety, and location.
Not the standard of an international 5 star hotel in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
It was close to Grand Mosque
Not a typical 5 star hotel. Rooms size was bad. Old hotel. Bathrooms too small. Will not go to this hotel again
Everything are excellent except their staff which is worst, they have attitude problem. Rest of the others are fine.
One of the worst staff appointed at the hotel, they have 15 counters but only 3 counters are in operational in both season (peak & low), I stayed 3rd time and every time I have similar experience from their staff, they only treat Arabs and took too much time for check-in, even they do not have enough stationary on each counter, they had only one stapler, and all were using the same stapler pins.
The location of the hotel is bad, it is better to stay in Hilton since has bigger rooms with comfort way and distanxe to the almsjad alhram.
Distance Room size Price Staff Crowded, it is like you are in ramadan or hajj No facilities
Very dirty and bad housekeeping respond
very close location to haram and food court, staff members, resturant, Kabaa view in the room, room space is great . . .
Nothing bad to mention except the WiFi is limited for each room to use by only two users . . .
No coffee, No tea, very expansve for whashing and No Iron
Its near to Haramd. Breakfast is good but does not have variety
1. Wifi, very poor and most of the times it was not working 2. Nobody answer calls i.e. call centre, Front desk, 3. Poor service as i asked for extra pillow and blanket which was provided after lapse of one hour
The place is close to haram
- no Luggage keep service!! They asked me to take all Valuable things and don't left it in my bags!! they keep all luggage in basement with no care. I went there and toke my bags and no one even asked me is it yours!!! - Staff need a lot of training to be 5 star staff.
Location, Staff & Food. One of the best thing I like about the hotel was their food service. You just call them and order anything, and in 20 to 35 minutes you'll get a very nice food in your room.
Parking is an issue, as hotel charge you high and no cheap parking near the hotel. So had to park it quite far away and had to take a taxi to reach back hotel.
The stuff were really friendly... especially the desk man named Soltan was really helpful
The hotel website doesn't include free wifi while booking through booking.com does .. U have to tell them u booked through booking and ur booking includes free wifi
Nice manager-Ahmed Breakfast After repeated complaints, all problems were solved.
Bug on blanket Corner room with blocked few, except for workers who could see inside my room from the next building. (We'd booked a city view. Dirty walls in the kitchen and housekeeping told me they would not fix the light bulb that had gone out.
- Bed - Room Service - Promptness of staff - Friendliness of staff
- Difficult to get Taxi for Airport, the Hanco was charging 300 sar. - Value vs. Cost for Meal option - You have to go through the Mall while going for Prayer
location is good close to haram.
service, cleanliness. it was worst than a 1 star hotel. i dont understand how does hotel authorities consider this a 5 star.
When I arrived they told me “you don’t have a room and you must wait for hours. Our rooms are under maintenance, and wait just like all other people who are waiting”. Of course I didn’t like their attitude and how the treat guests. People were waiting for more than 4 hours, mothers with children and old people. If I didn’t start making a big fuss and went to the manager they would let me wait for hours in the lobby. But after couple of mints they gave me a big room.
Wifi cert has expired. And not secure to use Internet. So as if not available.
- Clean - Close to haram - Easy access to resturants
- Wifi was not working, I could not connect to it - No amenities like tea bags, coffee sachets etc in the room - The lobby is always packed giving a impression that it is crowded - King bed they gave me had two single mattresses combined -Did not feel welcome and they gave written reminders to check out on time or face extra charges
1. I paied for a 4 twin beds room but I got just 2 tiwns ( and 2 singles after too many calls to the inchoate) 2. I got a call that I can have free diner but when I went to the restaurant they said no one told them about it and there's no incharge can solve it 3.on checking out they asked me for extra money for the parking that I didn't ask or use.which made me late and missed my flight and pay extra money for new ticket
