Staff unhelpful , no porter to hold the bags to the room, reception staff didn't provide invoice after making the payment, we complain to the police officer, he forced him to give us , lobby not clean
Small and outdated 'villa', rundown (broken sliding door, broken pans, missing kitchenstuff), unfriendly check-in by guard during daytime ("oh do you have a reservation?"), no seaview
Excellent location and perfect view.
A bit old kitchen facilities, furniture
Best place to calm down you feel yourself as the Robinson exploring the island in front of the the hotel Beaches: you can easily go to the 5 star hotel beach and stay there. Or find the fisherman Michelle who will give you a ride to the Teresse island. Honestly, beaches around the hotel are the best across the island. Turtles: on the hill upper the room 9 you can find turtles Management is very polite and helpful
Quite expensive shops nearby
The view was spectacular!! When u wake up, you find yourself in paradise...very nice and helpfull staff. Short stroll from the beach.
Decoration in rooms was a little dated, kitchen very dated.
view was beautiful.
the breakfast was the same.need more choice.the toilet in room was leaking, which means it wasn't looked at after the last customer checked out.you need simple and modern food.food should be typical creole not with some tomato sauce on fish.the hotel needs improving.
Poor breakfasts - cheap quality food, scant portions and untrained/surly staff. Not consistent with Euro 135 per night. Maintenance request ignored (no plug in our sink: notified to the hotel after our arrival, reminded but no action taken).
Absence of internet access.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, nice view
Insects everywhere baby lizard poor breakfast no wifi in the rooms poor menu , room number 110 very high upstairs
Amazing location awesome view!!! Very friendly staff doing everything for customer satisfaction
Location is very good! Amazing view.
Wifi only in the restaurant(bar).
in need of total renovation. TV in room useless. location a bit remote, hire car a must.
Lunch and supper very good.
We were told we could get snorkelling gear at the front desk and this was not true. I like fruit yogurt and toast but it would have been nice to have the option of a different breakfast. Should tell you ahead of time to bring water shoes rocks in water very sharp or sell them at the hotel.
Excellent view, good location.
Terrible breakfast, rooms need renovation. There was one case of stealing from room, however it was someone from outside and the backdoor was opened.
The staff were very kind and quick to assist always.
Amazing location. Far from the airport but off course that is required if you want to enjoy yourself in a quite place with beautiful views. Each villa has two bedrooms, so it was very convenient to dry clothes in one room (after island hopping and swimming) and use the other room to sleep in. The lounge is very reasonably sized too. The bus stop is hardly 100 meters away and you will find a small shop in between the way too. A very good restaurant, Sun Down is also right in front. Great breakfast with local fruits and bread. You are lucky if you get the fruit cake slice. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Mahe again. The staff was very helpful in arranging a rent a car on my last day at the hotel.
Wifi is only accesible in rooms close to the dining area. Food priced a bit high.
The staff is really friendly and the location is just perfect!!!
the restaurant is costy
hello i stay at the hotel 2 times , first time was 5 day ,its near the sea ,cheap good stuff , good hotel manger,
no room service , kitchen is close from 8 pm , hot ac ,no breakfast, just a piece of fruit , food menu is poor , bad chef , alot of insect bites, so far from the city and victori mall , so its just in a village no shops , just a small grocery
Very friendly staff, especially the manager. They let us stay in the room until the evening on the departure day, so we could spend our stay in this wonderful island in most efficient way. Very nice view to the bay from the restaurant. Quiet air conditioner. Good location, probably the nicest area in Mahe. Good sleeping quality.
Some update would be nice but If you are using it as a place to sleep, it is OK.
Gilesse the residential manager was very helpful and well organised. She also helped arrange a special treat for a friend's birthday.
Dated decor - needs a face lift and facilities updating.
The place is run by very nice and friendly staff. There is a quite good food in restaurant. You can expect spectacular views from the rooms. Close to the very nice beach at Constance Ephelia. Shop and Bus stop in the neighborhood.
Interiors are quite old and used but kept clean. The close neighborhood of the villa is a little bit unpleasant.
We stayed in Edens Holiday Villas for 4 days. Our room number was 110 which I highly recommend, it has great view. The room was comfortable enough with a small kitchen and living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was far from Victoria, it was close to best beaches in Mahe.
