They refuse to transfer our reservation to Hilton Labriz, saying that each Hilton have a separate account, wich is not true! We agrre to loose our total amount and we leave for Hilton Labriz.

They need to strategize on their menu pricing as most of the guests do not dine there and support Beau Vallon restaurants. Their pricing is absolutely rediculous .........yes understandable at a five star pricing will be higher but this is unrealistic

No Wifi, bad food experience

Lodges have great views. I loved the private sea view bathrooms. Staff is very friendly & helpful. This resort is perfect for relaxation with bit of luxury.

We are vegetarians so would like to see more dishes on the menu but I have to say that once we told the staff we are vegetarian they manage to accommodate our needs.

We loved the comfort, luxury and yet simplicity of the resort. The hotel staff were VERY helpful and friendly especially Huburt who was very professional, honest and extremely helpful.

We booked a bed and breakfast deal on booking.com to find out when we checked in at the hotel that our booking was bed only. The hotel staff were gracious to give us a free voucher for breakfast the first day until they verified our booking. Unfortunately no one followed up with us and we didn't know what was the result. We decided not to show up for breakfast to save ourself the hassle. The food and beverages prices were excessive. Internet is another problem as there's no wifi in rooms (only cabe) which isn't helpful if you use iPad or iPhone. you can alternatively use the only desktop in lobby area but rates are excessive (approx USD13 for 45 mins). Also, we were told there's a daily shuttle to the beach and city to find out there's none. I think the hotel needs to do something about transportation because taxis aren't readily available in the area and it's EXTREMELY dangerous to walk day or night because of roads and traffic conditions.

I like the hotel in all aspects other than the expensive wi-fi .

Wi-fi should be free in the rooms in a luxury hotel like Hilton. I needed to use the wi-fi like for 3 times only for 10 minutes and each time I have been charged for a full hour which was quite expensive because there were no purchase options less than an hour.

Very nice hotel. We spend three days and all was perfect: rooms are lovely and very nice views,restaurant buffet was very very good (exquisit fish dishes). I recommend this hotel!!

Super Haus, vor allem die Ian Fleming Suite mit allen James Bond DVD und Doulby Sourround! Lage Top, nicht zu weit vom Flughafen! Beau Vallon Strand ganz Nah, dort La Plage Strandrestaurant gehen! Strand bzw. Sand eher wenig aber OK!

Confort de la chambre, gentilesse et qualité du personnel, qualité du centre fitness

Internet payant, pour le prix de la chambre c'est une honte que le wifi soit payant! Prix excessif du mini-bar en chambre. Faute de gout pour le champagne au petit dejeuner qui devrait plutot etre servi en chambre a notre arrivée.

Tranquillità (silenzio), struttura immersa nella natura, design dell'hotel, servizi, al ristorante dell'hotel impeccabile servizio e ottima cucina

Buffet : I piatti presentati erano spesso non corrispondenti al tema (mediterraneo, cinese, europeo). Alcune entrate e contorni composti da un insieme di alimenti che non legavano tra loro (ma ottimo il servizio tavolo al buffet)

Непунктуальность, небрежность персонала к просьбам. Очень плохой пляж - практически невозможно купаться или зайти в воду без риска травмироваться.

IT samt klädstilen dvs små badbyxor som enda klädsel i en lunch restaurang är inte helt OK likaså vid polen så bör badbyxorna vara kvar på kroppen....

Встреча и экскурсия по отелю с русской сотрудницей Машей,а так же в дальнейшем её помощь в организации отдыха и решения проблем.Понравился пляж с великолепным снорклингом,буйная тропическая растительность на территории,большая терраса с двумя выходами с удобной 2хместной кушеткой и завораживающим видом на море.Персонал приветлив и готов в любой момент оказать услуги.Пешком можно дойти до большого посёлка.где кипит жизнь.Достойно внимания мастерство повара в ресторане.Отель оставил приятное впечатление

наверно.это случайность,но когда я выходила из ванны,с потолка упала тяжелая деревянная балка,которая закрывает кондиционер,чудом не задев меня.Хотя мне и сказали,что это впервые,будьте осторожны! Ночью кто-то покусывает,несмотря на включённый фумигатор

That was already second time we stayed in Hilton Northolme, we returned and took our friends with us. I can highly recomend this hotel to everyone. Very good location - not far from Victoria, near to Beau Vallon beach, where you can have a nice walk along the beach or visit one of restaurants, I would recommend La Plage restaurant there. Restaurants in Hilton are also very nice, food is tasty and you can always be sure about its quality. We went to a fishing and brought few tuna with us to a hotel and chief cooked it in a great way, it was excellent supper! Spa in hotel is not big but very cute and staff is great - very friendly and qualified, you will surely relax after massage there. Actually all hotel stuff is very nice, polite and helpfull. Villas are big and comfortable, view from the balcony is great. Hotell is not very big in comparison with other hotel in Seychelles, but that is advantage, because you don't have to use buggy all the time and can just have nice 3-minute walk if you'd like to. And I have to mention that breakfasts are absolutelly great!

It was a little bit to stuffily during the night and a little bit to cold if you use air conditioning, so the better way is to sleep with open doors to the balcony.
