Everything! Super service, deluxe rooms.. all good!!

The beach is rocky and sea-weedy, great for snorkelling but it is not the Seychelles beach you see in the adds :)

Location, very pleasant setting, easy access to airport.

Food very expensive. Landscaping unimaginative - send archtect to Bali to learn about creating an ambiance. Rocks behind hotel are a feature, but not floodlit. Lighting poor - could easily have tripped down stairs. If gardens had had lighting, kids could have played there instead of sitting with parents after dinner.

Took too long to check in for only 4 couples

I liked the room. It was has a nice design with short access to the beach. The pool temperature was perfect. The recreation staff were nice and helpful. I liked the two rounds of housekeeping day/night. The free minibar (the fill up is not free).

- I didn't like the fact that there is only two restaurants in the resort, given its isolated location. The prices of food and beverages were unreasonable. The coffee machine broke during our stay and (surprise) there was no other one. The kids club is very small and barely there are enough kids in it to carry on the scheduled activities. there are no taxis waiting outside the hotel, and when we need one, it takes 45 min for a taxi to arrive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and had requested early check-in prior to our arrival, the room was ready for us which was just amazing since we were traveling with my 20 month old son. We had breakfast in our room which was quite good, but thought it was a little expensive. The bed was really comfortable

The food was expensive, you need a car to get anywhere even to your room if its not close to the lobby.

The food is the same as in Europe but the price for breakfast-lunch- dinner for 2persons was 310 eur.

I will not be back to Kempinski Seychelles as the hotel is ridiculously Overpriced and represents very poor value

Spaceous rooms. Friendly staff. Ambient environment - extensive open spaces with good views. Good hotel design.

Poor service lunch time - waiting period too long for orders. Poor communications: - english language among staff - induction to hotel facilities eg gym; spa - evening shows not properly communicated Uneventful evenings - only music every night; must learn from Mauritius resorts (dancers etc) Limited menu - may be an idea to have extra one or two restaurants with different themes. Buffet food was too similar every night. Way too expensive - whilst facility is top class, the service levels dont live up to the cost! May be an idea to introduce residents to other beaches - leave at 9am back at 2pm...as own beach is not top class.

The location of the hotel directly at the beach, direct access to the beach from the room in a few minutes (beach side room). Fantastic room. The facility is very tidy, the food offered in the restaurants (and the bar) is of good quality. Very nice breakfast buffet. Arrangements for diving, rent-a-car etc. are very easy due to the tour desk. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There are very few options for activities apart from those offered within the resort, due to the remote location (which is to be expected because of the resort character). Shopping or eating out requires a car.

We booked a Jr.Suite and our accommodations were excellent. The staff took very good care of us and was able to arrange anything of interest off the premises. The facilities are also excellent -- beach, water sports, pool, workout room, spa, beach bar service, plenty of lounges and towels, quiet atmosphere, smart casual, no cut-offs or t-shirts. Guests during our stay were respectful of one another. We received daily "treats" in our room, which may have been a result of it being a suite.

Our booking did not provide an opportunity for a board/ meal plan, which meant we paid for each meal -- very expensive! The "Free Mini-Bar" was stated as a big deal; however, it had 6 sodas, a couple of beers and Nothing Else -- so not such a big deal after all.

The staff was really helpfull and always friendly. Room, views, beach and location were fantastics. Perfect to enjoy a quiet stay.

Restaurants are a little bit expensive, however there are some good places to enjoy creole food nearby (you'll need to rent a car)

It is real y a great place. I like it very much. I like kids clube. My chikdren enjoyed it very much. It is a place of relaxation .

The food was not that good.

We urgently moved here from Petit Amour Villa (which was awful and by no means 5 star in any way, shape or form) so arriving at Kempinski was sheer delight and the room was gorgeous and so spacious and comfortable and actually cheaper and excellent value for money. The beach and facilities are very good and the staff really help and assist with anything you want. This side of the island is the best and most beautiful and a real joy to explore.

Still a few maintenance updates going on but nothing to disturb people staying there. And I'd prefer the colour of the houses to be a bit brighter, but that's just an opinion!

I'd like to start with the staff, which they were really really friendly and helpful, especially a girl called Anaesia (not sure about the spelling).. She was very nice and helpful and she spent a lot of her time helping us and arranging for our tours.. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to say goodbye to her, which this is another reason I should stay in this hotel again :) The Room was nice, we got an upgrade from Hill Side view room to Lake view room.. The view was so amazing that I couldn't take my eyes off it.. The room was beyond my expectation, it was bigger and better than some Villas on other hotels, and it's not expensive comparing to other hotels in Seychelles.. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and I'm definitely going to stay in this hotel if I'm visiting Mahe again...

The location was a bit far away from almost anything, but it doesn't matter if you're here for relaxation.. The pool could be better, and don't expect a lot from the beach either...

Because it is newly opened recently, the facility and decoration in each room are quite new and clean. The service is good as well. The large variety of meals especially Buffet are provided properly.

The beach is not as good as the other place in the Resort. Plenty of dead leaves, coral and seaweed ruin the beach view. It is suggestable that routine cleaning shall be taken carefully to give better experience during guests' stay.

Staff are very friendly and the hotel is new also the location and facility are very good. Comfortable for family with kids and couples.

The restaurant porcion food too small but when I saw too small is realy and increible because we paied 30 europs for one plate and 2 cookis is more bigger than the this plate. Thanks and I not recomendation the restaurant and the estupid excuses of the manager the this restaurant.

We were out for our Honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. We booked a beach view room but we were upgraded to a Sea View room. Staff were very friendly and very attentive. I would like to mention one of the waiters 'Dipresh' who was outstanding. He also had this other guy who looked like him. They were my stand out staff. The resort is very peaceful, design is excellent and service was top notch. We definitely going back there. The bed was so comfortable we rarely slept on it so we wouldnt sleep our whole honeymoon. The surroundings with the granite rocks and beach was just amazing. Great work kempinski

Food really was a challenge cos we are Africans. Not much variety on food and those prices were a bit stiff not to talk of the 25% charge on everything. The Spa was nice but didnt get a good deal on the pedicure, the lady couldnt take out the corn on my last toe and the prices were also stiff for the service.

Everything. Rooms were luxurious and contained all the nice little extra's like gowns & slippers (even for the kids). Friendliness of staff and service was outstanding. Food was good (but expensive). Kids club gave the kids a good break from the outdoor activities. Spa was awesome. True five star quality of service all round.

Nothing really. The resort is new so the staff really strived to make our stay comfortable and attended to our every need. Hope the quality of service is maintained.

Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful resort. The facilities are very good with beautiful rooms and views. Service is also very good

Restaurant options are limited to either buffet dining or very poor 'fine- dining' restaurant which once tried would never be repeated. If staying for over a few days this becomes an issue.
