Glorious beachfront property Landscaped gardens Spacious rooms Plenty of free water activities Views
Below average customer service in the restaurants Food is very expensive and not up to expected standards In need of updating
Overall, it was a very good experience, location was great, clean beach, quit place, nice garden, staff are very nice and polite, and food was good. I'd choose it again and i'd recommend it for friends and family.
Wifi was poor.. Toilet was open in the room so water would leak into the room.
Staff,Food, view, rooms, pool all in there. I would like to thank Mrs.Beranda for making our stay Unforgettable.

compared to other places where I stayed in Mahé, this hotel is very overpriced ! (by at least 100 euros per day) : I have been also in Sunset Beach Hotel in Beauvallon (smaller but better in terms of quality / price), and in Lemuria and Coco de Mer in Praslin and Chateau St Cloud in La Digue which are normally priced compared to the Meridien. Everywhere I was welcomed with a cocktail : I was not offered any at the Meridien. The room was not ready ; it was early, but in all the hotels I stayed (where I checked in early also), I got my room immediately ! (it is a bad management : lot of flights leave very early ....) Access to my room was from near the parking lot, which is not the most pleasant ! The hot water was not hot anymore whenever the bathtub was full at 2/3! The tea bags and the soap were not replaced for my 2nd night. The hotel is a bit run down and needs refurbishment especially for the prices they ask !!!
I liked the location and views. The staff were very friendly and relaxed. I was really impressed with our room - it was spacious, clean, modern and i liked that it was a semi detached villa rather than a typical hotel room.
The buffet was very average and not really up to par for this hotel. There wasn't a great selection and quality again was only average. It would have been more acceptable if it was better value but it was expensive for what it was. In hindsight I would have preferred to eat more at the other restaurants in the area.
Towel rail kept falling off and making very loud noise on stone floor.
Staff was great. Location was good. Ten minutes walk on the beach to some of the restaurants.
A bit slower service than what we are used to.
Location, room, pool. Staff friendliness. Hotel manager Raoul in particular was excellent and very professional. Maxime was also commendable.
Quality, choice, price and presentation of the food for buffet breakfast and dinner. Birds eating bread and cereals. Flies all over cheese and meats counter.
Terrible food, slow service, criminally expensive, indifferent staff, a tired, old hotel.
The hotel is situated on a fabulous beach with access to additional water sports and other hotels. The spa and restaurants are lovely and the rooms are superb. The pool area is perfect.
The snorkeling gear is old and rubbish, no value for the guest. The drinks and food at all the restaurants are ridiculously over priced and not value for money. The Bar menu is limited and needs more variety as it is often an alternative to eating in the main restaurant. There were a number of young children at the hotel and we experienced a couple of bad weather days, there is no entertainment available for them.
Location was close to Victoria and it over looked a beautiful bay. The staff we're extremely friendly and very helpful.
Nice pool, comfortable pool chairs, friendly pool staff. Comfortable beds. Helpful agencies for excursion planning. A la carte restaurant was fantastic. Amazing wonderful management team.
Showers and bathrooms not private, annoying for a group of friends. Quickly run out of hot water in the shower. Staff a bit slow. Lame massage not worth the time.
Hotel design is very clever and nice. It's pretty. Le Bourgeois restaurant is very good. General staff and room cleanliness was very good.
Gym is tiny. Disappointing selection of fruit at breakfast. Always the same items. Value for money we found was generally lacking in the Seychelles and so unfortunately we would say the same for this hotel. Decent accommodation and decent meals are really quite expensive in the Seychelles! When compared to similar destinations. We were also surprised to see that Beau Vallon was not the cleanest beach we had ever seen! This of course is nothing to do with the hotel, but a factor to consider when choosing locations perhaps.
Staff were excellent. The food was very good. I found the deluxe suite was lovely but a little dark. I think I would have probably preferred the standard room.
everything about the resort was unbelievable! superb location. perfection! :) i highly recommend it
Very Good Management, good and friendly staff, i will back to this hotel in next trip.
cleaning the room need more supervise but it is fair.
Service was slow, food in hotel expensive, but location was great as there were lots of local facilities to use.
Overall the hotel was in a good and clean condition and ongoing repairs were being performed during my stay. Room was a good size, very clean and well laid out. Staff at this hotel were excellent, warm welcoming and friendly. Would I go back, yes but would want a better deal on the room rate
A little pricey and having to pay for wi-fi in your room though this was free in the reception.
First I don't think it is 5 stars hotel.i think it's 2 to 3 stars . max.ac bad. bath room bad. it is very bad hotel and It is very expensive . it worth max 70 to 100 $
Stuff are friendly and services are good. I would recommend stay with this hotel
All is good
The staff were wonderful! The scenery was great!! The food was very nice!!!
Housekeeping unit should do a better job with cleaning the rooms. There were roots and plants in our kettle when we tried to boil water for tea. The lady who cleaned our room the day after didn't do a very good job.
Location by the beach Friendly staff and Management Beautiful views
Restaurants in the hotel are pricey comparing the food you get Not sure about the other Vila's and rooms beds, but out Vila's bed definitely needed a new mattress
location is amazing and the beach the hotel is located at is gorgeous. Pleasant staff, very friendly and helpful. good restaurants.
