Everything is marvellous.

The road to reach your room or villa is difficult to walk, so you must take a club car from the reception as well as the insects .

every one was friendly, staff were well informed about what were our plans, fantastic follow up. very nice villas

more resturant facilities. utilise the sea view with resturants, not a single resturant had a sea view.

Beautiful accomodation. Wonderful location Delicious food Very nice and quiet. Not aware at all of guests in surrounding villas.

Service could be a little slow. Either not enough staff, or plenty staff, but they seemed not very attentive. Perhaps another dining option would have been good.

Simply an Outstanding Resort.. We had a nice greeting by their remarkable staff who made our check-in fast and special and gave us an upgrade to a Panoramic View Villa.. The Villa itself was wonderful with astonishing view, and it was really big with private swimming pool and outdoor shower.. The staff was another story, they made our stay more enjoyable.. Every single staff was doing their best just to make sure we enjoy our stay (and we did).. they had a nice big pools and a good beach.. They've got a free wireless internet in the Villa and it was free with good speed.. I liked the minibar although it wasn't free.. The big bathroom was amazing with a crazy view from the bath..The breakfast was included in our stay and I like how variant their breakfast was, you'll definitely like it as I did (specially the pancakes and the waffle)..The price of the resort wasn't expensive comparing to the size of the villas and the service that they're offering.. I've never regret staying in this hotel.. In fact, I regret not staying longer than 3 days.. and this hotel is the reason why I want to visit Praslin again...

Nothing I guess.. I just hope that they'll keep up the good job that they're doing and probably for improvement in the future to stay on the top...

Love every think the hotel worth the money, the Wif is every where and cover the hotel,special thanks for chanden and Olivier, the manger of the hotel was waiting to welcom us at the reception and spend some time with us so kinde so nice!! This is very nice hotel.

The hotel was laid out very well, the location was good and the beach was nice. The hotel room were very spacious with very nice decoration and good furniture.

The hotel does not assign you your own golf buggy to get around the resort, you have to ring you for a butler to come and pick you up. Although the speed and service of the buggy service coming to pick you up was extremely quick ( I have no idea how they managed to be so quick). I do believe it would be beneficial to both the hotel and guests if the hotel assigned buggies for guests to drive themselves if they wanted to.For example I never used the gym, went to the resort shops, nor went for breakfast at all. This is because I had arrange a pick up from a buggy,The process of having to ask call up, wait and be driven by a butler doesn't give you the sense of freedom or independence. If I had my own buggy I definitely would of done all of these things and spent money in the Spa, restaurant, shop etc. There are a couple of other things I didn't like or I believe could make this hotel better. Firstly the price of absolutely everything is grossly and obscenely expensive. I travel across the world very frequently and stay in luxury, ultra luxury, private villas at least one week out of every month. Never have I experienced such grossly over charging in my life as I did at this resort. The level of money this hotel is commanding for everything makes going to this resort a very expensive holiday or stay. Whilst I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Raffles resort I know I can get equally the same level of luxury, surroundings etc with more knowledgeably and silver service trained staff enabling a better service for a far cheaper rate then Raffles believe they are able to command. The selection of food on the menu''s was very limited indeed and the menu never changed throughout our stay. The service was sometimes confusing and out of sorts with main courses coming out whilst other people in our party received there starters leaving other people eating there main course when desert was served. Plates being taken away whilst other people had not finished there food.

Meals too expensive compared to similar resorts; motor boats landing tourists on the resort's beach leaving gasoline and smell on the water

Las habitaciones del hotel són una auténtica maravilla, con piscina propia, totalmente acristaladas y con unas vistas increíbles al mar. La playa del hotel es de arena blanca y con aguas cristalinas. El servicio inmejorable. Los traslados dentro del complejo del hotel se realizan con pequeños coches eléctricos de golf buggys. La comida del hotel la mejor de la isla. Muy cerca de la famosa playa Anse Lazio. Un hotel para disfrutar en familia.
