the apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was also very well located next to the shopping centre and across the road from the trains/buses. the receptionist was very efficient and we checked in and out easily. however it would have been nice to hear 'did you enjoy your stay' and to get a smile! |

The actual rooms where very good for the money, they where simple, clean and comfortable, it is a bit out of the way but it has a tube station virtually in front of it. (good for getting around at weekends as i heard the tubes are now 24hrs over the weekends). Some staff members where frosty and lackadaisical, As it was a hotel apartment student accommodation (not to mention above a shopping centre) combo building, the point of mingling, the presentation of the lift and lobby areas can be random, one of the lift floors was wet with a bottle on the floor(did get cleaned up next day), someone had spat on the lift door.(did not get cleaned up) |

Modern apartmenthotel, nice to be in the shopping complex with access to food court and reasonable shopping outside of the more pricey downton area. Easy to take the subway to town in 15 minutes. 10 minutes to Kista Nature Reserve which is good for exercise or walking. |

I was on a 2 day business trip and I liked the fact that it was close to the our office location, EXCELLENT Shopping Mall and transportation (not that I needed this) to downtown Stockholm. I was not able to turn of the aircondition manually. It was fairly cold/drafty in the room to begin with, due to the cold weather outside at the time. Therefore aircondition was not needed, but morely made the room a bit colder. During summer when temperature are high, I would truly believe that the aircondition is excellent to have in the rooms. |

Close to business area. Situated inside the Galleria Shopping Mall and connected to the Kista train station Very basic rooms, minimum comfort for this price range. |

Its great that you have free internet access. Was a nice surprise, fast and unlimited access - is something I often need in my trips. This can be (and usually is) a pain in other locations/countries. No possibility to get some food/drinks (like a mini-bar) when this is suddenly/urgently needed. And just when you realized this - it's too late, all shops are closed, and so on... |

Excellent location: just opposite the metro station and inside a shopping mall (=supermarket, pharmacy and other facilities readily available), recommended for business travellers to Kista. The hotel lift is shared with a student hostel which occupies several floors of the building - this is quite annoying during peak hours... |

Excellent location if you are visiting Kista - literally a few steps from university Configuration - reception split from rest of the hotel (in the middle of a shopping mall). Poor information |

Since I knew about the existance but did not remember the name, finding it was a problem; for a first-time visitor, the hotel is quite well hidden. Windows cannot be opened, so you have to play with the aircon. |

The room was really excellent and so was the nice surprise of a kitchenette inside it. Ikea furniture but very well chosen. Everything in perfect conditions. |
