Comfortable beds, space and location None of your literature says there is a very noisy nightclub below the hotel open until 3am on Friday and Saturday. Thin, small towels were not changed at all during our stay. Blocked drains in the shower were fixed for us, but attention to maintenance, and real cleanliness seems to be lacking |

Hotel was perfectly clean and tastefully furnished, in a good location, quiet street, specially we liked Retro bar as a place for breakfast or evening drink. Very noisy doors (entrance to rooms from the hall) - 2nd floor |

The room was big enough for a family of four and had the necessary equipment. The beds were especially good, we had a good night sleep. Showering makes the whole bathroom/toilet wet and slippery. A better shower wall solution could be made. |

The Mazetti was a clean and modern hotel. The rooms were a good size with living space as well as sleeping space. The room was very clean and bright. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The noise of the bar below our room was unbearable. It did not start until about 9.30pm so our 3 young children were asleep but it went on until 3am. We were unable to get to sleep and all children were woken and were also unable to get back to sleep. |

Good location, about a 15 minute walk from the train station which takes you past most of the sights. Room was a good size and very clean. Modern decore. Buffet breakfast was ok, but nothing great. |

The hotel & apartment were very clean & felt secure, the decor is very modern, very IKEA. All utensils are provided. Close enough to walk to the Central Station for sightseeing, Copenhagen was only half an hour away. Location was quiet despite previous reviews of a club near by at weekends. Breakfast on site was good & had a covered outdoor area. City street maps are available in reception. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are available nearby. |

Central but not loud location. Tidy and nice room. Internet in the price. Restaurants within a minute walk. The receptionist was unable to describe where the airport bus stops in the nearby. Indeed nothing, neither a bar in the hotel in the evening. |

I thought the room was incredibly clean and lovely. Not a cheesy hotel feel, but quite elegant. breakfast was great and staff were nice and helpful while they were there. we checked in on a saturday but they made it very easy over the phone. no staff on weekends was tricky because that's when we checked in. |

The rooms are well equipped, clean, large and the hotel is well located. Breakfast is excellent and the dining room is lovely. After hours, there is absolutely nothing available: there should be vending machines for snacks etc., no dishwasher soap is provided and the nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights can be noisy as patrons hang around outside. |

Trevligt mottagande, bra med nattklubb på hotellet. Nära till stan och möllevången. Badrummet. Äcklig toaborste och ingen handtvål :(. Och frukostpersonalen var både otrevlig och i vägen. |

En hotelllägenhet som erbjöd mycket hög komfort och ett centralt läge, och vi kan tänka oss att bo på Mazett igen. Det fanns ingen personal tillgänglig i receptionen, men däremot kunde man alltid ringa till huvudreceptionen så kunde man få hjälp. Det bedrevs nattklubb i samma byggnad som hotellverksamheten, men i lägenheten på 3:e våningen var det tyst och skönt. |

Fungerade som jag förväntade mig. Ja i baren spelades hög musik ganska sent. Hade varit bra att få den informationen. Framförallt om man har med småbarn! |
