Room is quiet, bath room is big enough. The quality of extra bed is good. Full equipped kitchen is good enough. Lucy enough, I have a room with two balconies. One is French balcony, another one is assessable. No direct public transport from/to Arlanda airport. The front gate couldn't be accessed due to under construction, but no much bother. Breakfeast is simple but good for me (a vegetarian). Dinning tables constraint shown in breakfast time.

Dishes, spoons were not clean. In fact very dirty. No Dishwasher in the apartments. Bathroom heater is always on.

No cleaning service, except once a week. This wasn't mentioned, at the time of booking. Construction work was going on, and it was chaotic and very cramped at breakfast. The apartments and the hotel are in a state of disrepair, and the service is rather poor and rude.

Clean, great breakfast (included in price). Free laundry was excellent! Room was nice, tv great. Had everything you needed. Easy access to public transport to Stockholm. Staff helpful. Access to wireless internet was only available in lobby, which closed early. Advertised wired internet, but it did not work (and I don't think it was our computer), as we were told other guests had issues as well.

It is a budget Hotel with ideal location for visiting Stockholm. It is within a reasonable walking distance to Metro Station. The satff were very friendly and room is good in size and clean.

Well situated to tube and bus services. Coop store nearby and open 8- 22 each day. excellent value for money. Very impressed for a budget room. Met our requirements excellently.Able to leave luggage in secure area after vacating room to enjoy last day in Stockholm. Nothing negative except that we went up to the terrace for the view we found ourselves locked in.It is not clearly marked how to keep door open whilst on terrace.Sure we cannot be the only ones to have experienced this . ! Help came quickly- thankfully..

Läget bra, enligt fråga 6 om vi skulle rekommendera er skulle nog våra minus fixas förs. Ej städat kylskåp= äckligt, bygg damm i hela foajén, undermålig frukost,dåligt med sittplatser,saknade lite småvarmt samt och små skedar,

Läget och de stora rummet! Frukostpersonalen som var rent ut sagt otrevlig och okunnig. Hade meddelat att jag ville ha en glutenfri frukost, men det hade han inte fått något meddelande om. Efter några minuter kom han ut med 2 frysta brödskivor och sa att jag kunde rosta dem i rosten!!!!!!!!! Hur glutenfri är smörgåsarna då om jag kör dem i en rost som används till vanligt bröd????????????????

Det var ett otroligt bra läge och nära till allt. Trevlig personal och bra service. Fin miljö och fina rum. Det mycket rymliga badrummet var ett stort plus! Det enda jag tänkte på var att sängen var lite för hård.
