central location, breakfast buffet was good, especially the coffee machine

noisy, dodgy area of city. At breakfast, there was an altercation with a visitor? intruder? who stormed the breakfast room and caused a commotion. The police were called and no explanation was given to the guests. There didn't seem to be any additional security afterwards which made one wonder if the premises was safe. Also, I still can't understand why Scandanavian beds only have a thin mattress pad over a soft (useless) box spring. We woke up every morning with back pain because of the lack of support.

The location is one of the best in Stockholm. its a 5 minutes walk to Central Station, and 3 minutes walk to the Arlanda Express Train from the airport. The rooms were very clean, and I also liked the security in the hotel, have to swipe the card in 2 doors before getting to the room.

It was very expensive and you don't get what you pay for. I had a single room which was very clean, but also was extremely tiny. When I asked for extra toothbrush and towels, the reception asked to come and get them myself from downstairs. Not too 4 star for me.

Very good hotel, perfect situated in the hart of Stockholm. 5 min walk from the Arlanda Express (train from airport),, in the city center and about 5-10 minutes walk from the Gamle Stan (old city). Excellent service, friendly staff and clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Hotel with character, which is perfect for a city or business trip.

I had requested a quiet room when booking; I was initially given a room on the front (busy road) but the receptionist kindly moved me to a quiet room facing the back courtyard (not nice view but a quiet sleep was my first priority). Room was fairly basic but clean and efficient, with a large bathroom and a good shower. The included buffet breakfast was ok, with a good variety of cold food provided.

Very little storage space (no drawers of any kind) in the room. No big deal for me, but could be a problem for someone else with lots of luggage.

Att även ett litet rum hade fönster och att det inte var nåt man var tvungen betala extra för.

Kvinnan I receptionen var fåordig och det kändes som att jag hade gjort nåt fel. Inte den trevligaste med andra ord.
