I liked the cleanliness, staff were pleasant and very helpful, and the location of the hotel in the city is excellent.

Position: close to main station and at walking distance (15 m) by the old town and the royal palace. Good breakfast. Internet free, albeit only the 128kbs cable connection (wireless is available on demand and costs extra).

The room was on first floor and a bit noisy ... but I did not spend much time in it, so it was not a big problem.

I like its central position and its true care for the environment - this was the first hotel in which I experienced that only towels which were on the floor were removed and replaced. I also like buffet breakfast with a sufficent variety of swedish food.

I did not like the way in which I was treated by staff in the evening, especially on arrival.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Arlanda Express station which is very convenient. Also it is just about 5-8 minutes walk from the shopping district on that island. Breakfast was pretty good, and quite extensive (no hot foods though). Staff were helpful in providing ideas and information on activities in Stockholm.

Not all cable stations were free, which might be typical in Stockholm, but I'd never encountered this on my travels, and as I'm sure is common in Stockholm for some hotels, I neglected to see while making my reservation that the hotel did not have AC, though they provided a fan.

The hotel was very well located, all major sights accesible within walking distance. Also for longer trips like Djurgarden, the 47 bus stop is right across the street. Arlanda Express terminal is also nearby.

Air conditioning which could not be turned off from within the room, as it was a central Airco system.... pretty big downside considering that outside temperature was 13 degrees....

Läget är perfekt, nära både till kommunikationer och butiker. Rummet var oväntat tyst trots att jag bodde på första våningen.

Frukostmatsalen var väldigt trång. Hade sett fram mot en lugn och tyst frukost, men det var nästan fullt i rummet trots tidig timme.

De centrale ligging en goede service. Gratis internet op de kamer.
