Great location, easy booking and arrival. Unclear policy toward check-out cleanliness. How can I be charged for allegedly not cleaning the room when I felt the room was cleaned, and the fact that it is a hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world that required the guest to clean the room.

Lägeneheten var ok och utsikten toppenfin. Trots att receptionen var stängd så funkade det perfekt med att få tag på nyckeln och att hitta till rätt lägenhet. Lägenheten låg bra och var funktionell. Det fanns nya/rena disktrasor, diskhanduk och pannlappar att använda. Städmedel fanns också. Lägeneheten stämde inte helt överens med beskrivningen som fanns på nätet och som vi bokade utifrån. Bla saknades DVD. Det var svårt att få igång TVn och hitta kanalerna, vi klarade det på håret. Tyvärr fanns ingen beskrivning av hur man skulle göra. Städningen när vi kom dit var rätt ok men kunde varit bättre, speciellt i sovrummen. Det saknades vissa husgeråd för att det skulle funka för 6 pers som lägenheten var gjord för. Nu var vi bara 4 så det funkade bra. En köksstol var trasig och det var på vippen att det föll ihop. Kunde slutat illa. Hade varit fint med DVD och utemöbler på balkongen.
