My room had no window, but I received a low price for the room.

Good location and the bed was not uncomfortable.

Outdated and shabby decor. Poor bathroom facilities with soap that belonged in a public urinal and too few towels. Insipid breakfast. Outrageously overpriced given the standard was lower than youth hostels in the same area.

Location is ok, good connection to central city by bus. Hotel is clean. You can park the car under the hotel.

Room is small, parking expensive.

no window, room decoration and breakfast room could be at the entrance where there is daylight. Corridor look like an hospital. A bit of deco/ lighting could help ?

first room we were given ( room 1) was very dark and dingy and rather small but we protested and were moved quickly to room 47 which was bright and fresh

The staff is really kind, especially the one in the kitchen for breakfast. Very good position, 5 min walk from the metro station and about 2 min from a train station.

My room was without window and quite small. I asked for a room with a shower and indeed there was one, included in the same room as the toilet, separated by it with a simple shower curtain.

They don´t have Fitness room . Breakfast is average.

I requested a double room, and found only a twin room. The stuff were not friendly, they treat you badly, specially the receptionist lady, for example when I asked how to open the corridor door ,she shouted "YOUR room KEY!" as if I should know everything in the hotel in advance. The breakfast is normal, and they dont serve it to rooms, even they dont allow to take a couple of sandwitches from there to your room. The hotel is smelly and not having a fresh air inside. The room are less size than expected. Room is bad furnished and not clean (bed and carpets not clean) the furniture is old (old carpets, Old tv, old bathroom ) Bathroom is not comfortable at all. No refrigirator inside, no tea or coffee set in the room. The room in the ground floor, so u feel that you sleep in the street. The window view not good at all. Windows are up and u cant enjoy looking from it. The hotel location is bad and away from the nice city centre. The price not worthy. The hotel is suitable only for drunk people who want to just sleep and they dont feel how bad is it because they are drunk!

In town, but a few blocks from the hustle and bustle. Clean rooms, comfy bed, free wifi, decent, if small, breakfast.

You could hear your neighbors talk.

Hotel staff was very kind and professional. We would want to thank the girl working at reception in the evening 11.01.2013 :) Definitely recomment this cozy hotel that is in a beautiful location! Breakfast was excellent as well.

Nice staff except reception girl which I met upon my arrival.

Upon my arrival to the hotel I got to know from the receptionist that my visa card (swedish) was not functioning and the reception girl insisted that I should go back to the street and bring cash to her. She did not even try to check my card once again. Fortunately, I had another visa card (from my country) and she accepted it afterwards. I was tired after the flight and it was very unpleasant to be treated in quite a rude way. I did not hear any excuses, just "go to the bancomat and bring cash" for paying for all three days of my staying in advance regardless it was quite late ~10 pm. My swedish visa card was functioning normal though in all the other places in Stockholm (including the day of arrival and all the other days of my stay in Sweden).
