I had booked a room with a window but on my arrival I only got a room with no windows. The receptionist at my departure was polite and willing to clear up the mistake with my booking. He was apologetic and charged me for a room without windows of course. I was very disappointed to get a room with no windows having ordered a room with windows. The receptionist on my arrival said the hotel was fully booked and I would have to take my problem up with the booking agency! He said he could not see on the booking reference that I had ordered a room with windows even if the price indicated that I did. Very bad service. The room was stuffy and the air conditioning poor. |

The hotel is accessible to areas of intest in Stockholm (by foot and public transport). It is clean, quiet and the breakfast is very nice. The room with no windows was not particularly good value for money as it was stuffy and the standard of the shower/washroom facility was very low. I paid hotel rates for a hostel quality room. |

Economy room was just that, quite small but all essentials there. You get what you pay for so in that regard no complaints as the price was reasonable by Stockholm standards. It was bare bones with a good location in the Söder part of town. Breakfast rush hour was crowded so there was no place to sit even with tables being shared by non-acquantances, so I returned 45 minutes later (9:30) and had no problem and next day arrived early (8 o'clock) to avoid families. |

The night I stayed at the room 103 of the hotel I had over 250 flea bites all over my body presumably in bed while sleeping, which I didn't pay much attention before I left the town the following day because I didn't see a flea in my room, and I only saw small bites on my skin thinking that was a mosquito. |

Standard hotel, conveniently located close to Stockholm Sodra Station. No luxury but nothing to complain about. |

Breakfast was good. Rooms quite spacious Bedsheets very small. Dining room very small for size of hotel meant we had to wait for breakfast 2 out of 4 mornings. |

The location was ok, the room pretty clean, the breakfast ok. The staff was rude and not at all serviceminded, it was not possible to adjust the heat of the water in the shower, there was no elevator, only narrow stairs. |

It´s clean, silent, with a good breakfast and well located. Cost benefit ok. The staff is nice, except for this single male reception guy who is rude, not helpful and utterly unbearable; he alone, by himself, makes the hotel experience nasty!! |
