Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Good brakfasts. Nice and clean bathroom.

Although I was there with one friend of mine and we both had one-bed room and although these two rooms ere right next to each other, they were completely different: my room had more space because of the arrangement of bed and wardrobe, and I had heated floor in one half of bathroom. My friend had no heated floor and less space in whole room. In my bathroom I could not turn the ligts off or on, but my friend could - and he also could regulate the intensity of the lights. I had only one towell hook, but my friend had whole the heated thing, which is also a heating in bathroom - I didn't have that. Etc. etc. I the room was quite warm, but the heating didn't really heat - so I didn't want to ventilate, because I was afraid that there will be to much cold. And last - this hotel I ordered because of price, location an also because of wi-fi in the whole hotel (as they are claming). So - wi-fi doesn't work. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, sometimes it does, but you have so little signal, that you are disconnected in few minutes. Sometimes you even don't see the conection in the list of accesible wi-fi's... Shortly, you will get very ungry, if this is important as much as it was it was for me. Staff was very helpful, but the girls couldn't make it better, of course. They called their boss all the time, and he said him he will try to restart the system, but after a few atemps and no result I gave it up and I didn't want to bother them. There is a possibility of going downstairs to the lobby, where the signal is stronger, but it is not what you have paid for, and it's quite uncomfortable, you have not here peace for work and so...

Very good location in the middle of Gothenburg ! The room was very small but clean and modern.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I had lived in Goteborg before, so I knew that the location was perfect! The price was extremely fair and our room was exceptional!!! I was beyond satisfied. Best, Kisha

I think they were working on the building a bit, so there was a funny smell in the wc, but I could understand it was not a normal thing. Otherwise it was lovely.

It's a very cute hotel in the very center of the city.Very clean and comfortable rooms. Every morning you have a nice breakfast and coffee 24 hours a day.The girls on reception are very gentle and helpful.

it was very noisy next door to me as it was weekend and a big group of youngsters was partying away so the receptionist was really kind to change my room, i actually got a nice Double Room instead of the Single Room I booked and paid for. Good Service; Also there is always coffee,tea and biscuits available whenever you want. Breakfast was simple but Ok.

as i had a hotel myself i would suggest the roomcleaners should not leave their trollies and vacuumcleaner all day in the pathway if they are not using it put it out of the way, out of sight, it looks neater for the guests.

Quite good,staff very friendly,they serve 24hours cafe, some coffee,tea and hot chocolate with cakes and fruits

There is a pub opposite, which is a bit noisy at night

* The room is clean and both room and floor warming is pleasant. * Shower water is enough hot and strong. * Wireless internet has favourable stablity and speed. * Breakfast is available from 6 AM and has a variety of dishes. * Location is also good, e.g. a few minitues's walk to the closest KIOSK and 10 minitues's walk to the centrum station.

* To find the hotel would be somewhat difficult for especially at night, because it does not have highly noticable signboard with neon lights.

Dont be put off by its plain exterior and it being on a road near a small bus station.It has been renovated inside-is clean,comfortable,warm and offers a decent breakfast.In good location-within walking distance of each area of city and 5 mins walk away from main tram lines and airport bus stop.Good value and would use again.

Value for the money. Great breakfast compared to other hotels in this priceclass. Rooms were clean and staff were nice and helpful.

Hotel is being refurbished at the moment so there is some noise during the daytime, but if you (like us) dont need the room during the day, it wont matter.

I stayed 3 nights. One evening, for some reasons, I found out that the room has only been partly cleaned-up. Particularly, the bathroom was untouch since I used it in the morning. Strange...

The hotel would have been appreciated if the price were the ordinary 800 skr, 2200 kronor make it look poor and shabby.
