Central position, friendly and helpful staff, spotless comfortable room, good breakfast, free coffees and waffles for tea! Good value by Scandinavian price standards. Highly recommended.

Very good standard and a moderate price (booking and paying three months before my visit).

The friendly staff were more than helpful and spoke very good English. Very good location to walk back to city center. Although our second floor room had been recently renovated with new ensuite the room itself was quite small but Ok if you are out all day and just need a comfy bed for the night. Value for money we thought. Breakfast was included so good way to start a busy day.

The directions online were a little confusing to locate the place the first time.

Not much luxary but good basic accormodation. we got more than what we pay for. Location is good.

Brekfast was very odinary. Bathroom was new and clean but water goes under the shower shell and spread all over.

Close to city centre and the train and busstation, very clean and fresh rooms, nice and helpfull staff. I would defenitely recommend this hotel and can imagine myself coming back.

Misleading information about the quadruple room. The extra bed is very uncomfortable and too small for two grown people, maybe good for children or teenagers...

I will come back to this hotel again.

Good location(from central station walk 15mins) close to the city center and main street. Hotel staff is very good, free coffee,tea,bread and cake. Nice breakfast. Also wifi is very stable and work in all area. Room is simple and clean. Nothing to complain.

The breakfast was good including most of the things you want for a hotel breakfast. The location is very good, near Scandinavium, Liseberg, Avenyn and Ullevi.

Hotel was freshly renovated, large room and good overall value for the money. Very nice location by the park near the canal, walking distance from many restaurants and pubs.

3rd floor with no elevator gets annoying with heavy luggage...

The hotel was in a very good location, close to the city centre and easy to reach from the airport by public transport. Nice breakfast and coffee, tea and cakes available all day for free. Very nice power shower.

We were a group of 4 staying in the same room and were given only one key. The room was very basic and not very clean.

Breakfast was great. Wonderful selection and comfortable breakfast room. Receptionists friendly and responsible. Size of room was good for 4 persons (two of which teens). Location was very convenient to the shopping street, city center and train station.

Roll-away bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not acceptable. Too many steps to go up and down (even to the reception!). No elevators.

I like every thing of that Hotel. It is near to the center. Clean and all personnel is very service oriented. Excellent!

Information provided for booking.com missleads about real conditions in the hotel. Location for travellers with dogs and car is not good. No parking. Room was pretty small. Price for dog is pretty high.

I doubt whether this hotel could be called as wonderful or excellent but it's definitely suitable to stay for a couple of days to explore the city.

There were some problems with Internet (iPad).

The room was ok. Close to downtown.

Not as good as expected. Beds were too soft. There was no soundproofing between room. We could hear talks from neighbor clearly.

The location was superb for public transport connections, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was good, room and bathroom were clean, spacious and well equipped. Overall my stay was pleasant.

The only problem I had was the cups as cutlery were never washed properly. Forks, knives and cups in particular always had 'left overs' on them and I was using sanitizer and tissue paper to clean them before use.

Room was huge. The front desk staff were always very helpful. I was able to do laundry here for a 50KR bag.

Car noise from the street was a little loud but not bad with earplugs in.
