No 24 hour reception. Having to call for the code upon arrival and being given the wrong one. Booking a single room and getting a room with bunkbeds. Filthy showers and toilets. No wifi. Having to pay extra for bedding.

Extremely clean, very comfortable beds not too many guests, helpful staff, fairly quiet, excellent location.

Would be better if there was a secure place to store luggage.

Beds were comfortable, wifi mostly dependable (though it did go out the night before our presentation). Location is super convenient.

They changed the access codes and didn't inform current guests. If we hadn't come back early from our conference we would have been stuck outside and our bags inside before a 7 am flight-- bad stuff. Guy at reception was minimally helpful but not overly so.

Centrally located, Gamla Stan might be one of the most attractive and interesting districts in Stockholm; you can walk from/to Cityterminalen. I felt safe, bathroom had been renewed recently. New lockers are about to be installed. Kind of spacious.

Booked it because lockers were provided: Unfortunately they haven't been installed and every room yet so better check in advance if this is a must have feature. 3 showers and 3 toilets per level could be crowded in rush hour; sink for washing/brushing your teeth outside the main bathroom, right close to other rooms so noise could be a prob. In a room facing the street, noise could be annoying at night as there are lots of pubs, closing the windows will block noise but also are flow so it gets sticky. Mattress was saggy (though clean), nothing for belly sleepers. Sockets might be rare in the room.

There is definitely nothing to complain about! And we will come back for sure. The best hostel we have stayed in.

The location was the best that could be.

I did not like that you have to pay bad sheets separately.

Nice and helpful staff. Good security with keys for room doors and doble check code. In the heart of the old town in Gamla Stan.

Not spacious dormitory, poor quality of sleeping because it s in a central street, staff s not available until 9 am and after 6pm. Showers and toilet and sinks are like in a gym, have to push every 10 seconds to have hot water, shower is a stress more than a relax and cleaning moment. a bit squalid, no common room. lack of vibe

Not much unfortunately. We were wrong age group for this hostel

We didn't sleep on our first (and only) night as we had a choice of listening to yahooing till the early hours with the windows open or suffocating with little fresh air with them closed. The kitchen was also windowless and very claustrophobic.

    Good location.

the signal of wifi is weak. The kitchen is quite small when all the guests eat at the same time.

Room is small but tidy, the hostel keeper is very nice and helpful for our trip.

Place location is good, but no lift and we have to carry heavy luggage to 2nd floor. Due to hot summer and no air-con in the room, we have to open the window, but the main street is with a lot of bars and restaurants, too noisy to sleep at night. Wifi could not be connect although we have the password.

Location was great! Staff was very helpful. It was very safe and secure.

The kitchen lacked supplies and was very small and was crowded at time.

A quick summary of my experience for this hostel; 1. Its walkable from City Railway Station and Metro Station! 2. Good security system! 3. Clean and tidy bed, room and bathroom!

This hostel have rooms on first floor but then it does not have any elevator which could be used to carry luggage to first floor.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town. Good WiFi, easy access. Able to leave bags for pick up later in the day of check out

Poorly designed bathroom area, so much so that I hit a person when I opened the toilet door... no space within shower cubicle for clothes, towel etc No locker for personal items. Dislike metal bunks as they are always creaky and noisy

    - The bathroom is very new and clean, waaaaay above hostel average. - The beds are very fluffy (not so good if you have problems with your back).

    - The doors/walls are not soundproof whatsoever, you hear everyone passing by the corridor. - Be aware that you have to pay extra for sheets and towel, around 65sek) - The bathroom is for both genders, if I were unaccompanied I wouldn't feel comfortable having to shower next to a guy (even though there is separation and doors between showers, anyone can just put their heads from down =/)

Great location, helpful staff, nice to be able to leave bags safely in front of main desk.

I liked everything, but this is because I was expecting the hostel to be Spartan. Be prepared for a very basic room.

    The location was great.

The room was so small and there is no place for your stuff. The bed was so soft that I had to sleep on the floor. As there is just 50 cm between the beds, I had to turn one bed up side down to be able to sleep on the floor. It was like camping in side the house. The wifi did not work in the room, you have to be in the lobby. When you go to the toilets you open a door and there are 3 toilets on the left side and 3 showers on the right side. The showers are with matt glass but you have to have your clothes in the front so they wont get wet. When I took the shower the where people using the toilets at the same time and my clothes were in the hallway. I found that the uncomfortable because it was both for men and women. The water in the shower is on for 20 sec and then you have to push again. You cant set the heat because it is off before that. I will never stay there again. The price is higher than you expect because you have to pay for sheets and towels. It is to little difference for proper hotel.

Good value for the money, low price range, clean.

Shared, co-ed bathrooms and restrooms (all in the same room), thin walls.
