Nice staff all was 100%. Just a little too far out from centre.
5 km from centre
Good renovated room, wellness center with waterpool 15m long, big bar zone. Wifi everywhere.
Good big flat LCD TV, but there are only few local channels - no any international like BBC. Location is 6 km out of Are and mobility is limited by 2 busses in the morning and 2 in the evening if you don't have your own/rented car
Meals, games room, jacuzzi, sauna
Beds with thick foam mattress on top of foam bed, bathroom that would disgrace a 2* hotel. Location resulted in only 2 ski busses in morning and 2 in afternoon compared to 13 at next hotel. Curtains falling off the wall. Prices like Stockholm City centre but rooms not serviced in three days. Drab decor
Gym/jacuzzi facilities closed abit early at 9pm, also if you go night skiing you miss out on the prepaid dinner which is only served for one hour in the evening-n
The staff were all very helpful
Trying to get to the slopes in Are was a real pain, not nearly enough buses.
The bar area was great but a little cold. The breakfast was ok and the dinner was goodThe pool and spa looked nice, but a little dated.
The staff were a little confused and unhelpful when we tried to get information about things to do. The rooms could do with an overhaul and no hair drier.
Staff was service minded and tried to make up for my disappointment.
The room a got was far from what i expected. It was old, worn down and you could here the rest of the hotel the whole night. The hotel advertise the rooms as renovated but I got an old ugly room. The food was not very good either. Breakfast was ok.
