Clean and good service Yes, in the beginning they wanted to charge higher fee than it was supposed to be initially. However everything was solved. |

Close to airport. My room was above the entrance. My sleep was disturbed by the airport shuttle leaving. Ask for a room away from the entrance. |

The free shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient. Very good breakfast. Really nice hotel to stay just between flights. |

The rooms are "old" - the furniture needs upgrading. The floors were dirty and I had to request a room change because of lack of cleanliness. In one room the curtains did not properly fit the window and it was a front facing room so no privacy. |

It was clean, the hotel shuttle arrived very fast at the terminal and in the morning travel to the terminal again was also fast (only 10 min). Main reason to stay in this hotel however is the price. If price is not an issue it is more convenient to stay in SAS at the airport itself. Food in the restaurant was not very good and not real value for money. I would recommend eating something in the airport before you go to the hotel. The hotel is very basic. |

Staff fine and a good casual atmosphere. Room maintenance very poor. Curtains falling down, blinds damaged, floor cracked and uneven. |

Good location near the Arlanda airport, free shuttle bus from and to the airport. The price I was charged for my stay and billed from my credit card was 50% higher than that indicated when I was booking. I pointed out this difference and although the staff credited the excess payment back, I lost some money on the credit card exchange rates. |

Very good. The only problem was when we checked out you guys did not ask for the keys back andwe forgot to give them back. Is that a problem? Let me know what we should do with the plastic card key. |
