The location is great and very close to metro and shopping area

Incredibly small rooms for this amount of money and the cleaning facilities are very poor. Breakfast area is always very busy and was quite difficult to have a table empty and clean on time.

Staff are very helpful. Excellent location - able to walk to all the points of interest. Good breakfast. They also provide a light evening meal. There are many restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again

Although info that window could not be opened, no good ventilation and too warm in the room so not good night rest.

Very nice staff and a overall homey feeling in the loobby-restaurant area.

The included light dinner was OK but could have been better (pasta with meatsauce with very little meat). But there was also a possibility to make some sandwiches so it is OK.

The staff is very nice, breakfast is super!! I like the lobby and its design, although the room is not big but clean and bright.

A bit far to walk from central station, but can accept.

Location was great and staff were very helpful.

The first room we were put in was in the basement and felt like an oven. We complained and we were allowed to change rooms thankfully.

The breakfast was good enough but I missed some sweet products. The light dinner is welcome above all in winter when everything is closed so early and it's too cold, but the quality of the food wasn't very good, I think it could be easily improved.

The room was too small for the price, we were in the 3rd floor in a room with window. If you travel with big luggages there is hardly space to move in the room. Even if you don't stay so much time in the room, it's quite unconfortable to have the luggages in the middle when you are there. I'd recommend this hotel if you travel with hand luggage

Hotel is much more that I expected. Very nice surprise with complimentary evening buffet, very good breakfast, impressive building, perfect location, very nice stuff.

Staff were un helpful There was a problem with payment. Everything should have been prepayed, however had to pay again upon arrival. Without an explanation as to why the payment wasn't taken in the first place.

We stayed in economy class room without windows. No air! This is the main disadvantage of this room. Need better ventilation

the lift was a bit old and able to carry only 3 people but still functioning properly

The hotel is situated in the center of Stockholm that allows to visit seesights without transport (price for 1 ticket is 36 SEK). The street where hotel is situated is the main "shopping street"/ So you don't need to go far from the hotel to by clothes or something else. Veru good breakfast and dinner are included to price of your room. The territoru for breakfast is very nice and pleasant

Room 520. The small size of the wardrobe. There was dead space between the wardrobe and the wall which could accomodate a larger wardrobe.

Great staff, very helpful, pleasant and well informed. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel, good beds and great design. The hotel is located in the very heart of Stockholm.
