Very convenient location, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable bed and shower room, good breakfast Very small room (as advertised before hand), limited TV channels, had to ask for hairdryer (but one was provided straight away) |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We are a couple and checked in early and were given a room with two twin beds separated across the room. |

good and central location. Perfect breakfast! Hotel is branded as a 3 star hotel. Its a joke. There was no card "please not disturb" in our room. Cleaning ladies were form 8 o'clock working.Small room. |

The receptionists, especially the lady on the first day of our arrival and the last day. they made one feel at home. Their breakfast was also nice. We also got the room we expected and great value for our money. The location was good compared to our mission. The very first day we had to replace our pillows, since they were not very clean, even though in general the hotel was clean, maybe that was a mistake of house-keeping. They should also do something to their reception, atleast be larger and visible. The stairs were great problem for us since we had a baby trolley, and the elevator small. |

The Hotel is located in the middle of Stockholm, so if you want to visit Stockholm it is a excellent choice. Bars, shops, restaurants are just around the corner. The breakfast fantastic. The Room was perfect situated on the 4th floor with a balcony. |

The staff in the hotel were helpfull when approached and at all times friendly. The hotel itself was both easy to find and quite close to the city rail and bus stations. |

Excellent location right in the very heart of Stockholm' s shopping district and still not noisy. Shower cubicles very small, with a light switch installed on the wall within the wet cell area !! Almost impossible to protect it with the curtain in order to avoid splashing it with water. Very dangerous !!! |

The breakfast (Scandinavian style) was very good with a variety of choices, and the breakfast room was nicely furnished. The standard of the room was under critisism. Apparently some rooms have been renovated, but not this one. Price/quality ratio was out of place for a non-renovated room. |

The room was nice, a bit odd shaped, but being double for single use, it was well sized, had a big nice bathroom and a good value for money. The staff is very nice, sometime very Swedish (well, last time I checked Stockholm was still in Sweden :-)), and they try to help as much as they can people, just ask. Small details: the fact that there is no "do not disturb" sign one can use, so the cleaning lady has to knock on the door or try to enter to know whether she can enter or not; the receptionist are all very helpful, but it could be indicated more clearly somewhere that there is actually a computer the guests can use to surf (in principle in 15' sessions) so they don't have to explain it - though I... |
