The room was luxurious and spacious. The breakfast cafe was exceptionally located with seats in the sun overlooking the park. The location was central and extremely convenient to majot attractions. The staff were warm and went out of their way to assist. This was by far the best hotel we have experienced this trip. |

The hotel nightlife is good. Good breakfast.Friendly staff. We asked for a smoking room but did not get it.smell from the bathroom but they did nothing about it. room was small and not very nice for the price paid. |

Received a free upgrade due to our room not being ready on time. Staff were very helpful and the restaraunt was fantastic. Definitely the right place to stay if you are going to a concert at the Berns Salonger. The rooms were quite noisy - you could here water (showers, etc) and doors being opened and closed all the time. There was also a pipe leaking in the shower which constantly flooded the bathroom. |

The quality of food is excellent.The dinner menu is unusual and is not geared to a traditional three course meal. The quality of the reception rooms is outstanding. The hotel runs a disco nightly and the noise from the disco prevents residents from sleeping between 12 midnight and 03.00hrs. |

The reception staff were very helpful in arranging both dinner reservations and reservations for boat tours. Natalie and Hugo were exceptional and are good ambassadors for the hotel The Asian restaurant's wait staff were too busy and forgot simple things like water when asked for it. They were not knowledgeable about the meals printed in the menu. |

I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use. Excellent location and friendly staff. |

Hotellet ligger ju bra till centralt och har en bra bar som vi besökte på kvällen. Frukosten var också bra och personalen tillmötesgående trots att vi kom ned precis när de skulle stänga den. Nej, men min nyckel strulade lite så jag fick be städerskan öppna åt mig |

l'albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città, vicino a parchi. camere pulite, colazione a buffet abbondante ho faticato non poco (prenotazione di booking alla mano) per ottenere la camera medium per la quale avevo pagato un sovrapprezzo. Durante il mio soggiorno ho sentito altre due persone che chiedevano il cambio della camera alla reception. |

ruime schone kamers, goede restaurants en cafe's receptionist was een beetje slordig, lampen op de dure large rooms werkten niet. Deze dure kamers liggen precies boven de nachtclub van het hotel en de muziek dreunt in de kamers tot 4 uur 's nachts. (alleen op vrijdag en zaterdag) Dus niet geschikt voor oudere mensen of mensen die tot rust willen komen... |
