Very helpful front desk with advice on where to go and what to do. Room 304 - the level of noise from the nightclub adjacent / embedded in the hotel was intolerable on Saturday night. We were awakened after midnight and the thudding bass went on for some hours after that. Sunday night was not a problem - the club is not open on Sunday - but the experience would put us off ever staying here again. We phoned reception to complain, but there was no reply. I cannot believe they were asleep - no-one could sleep through that!

Staff is good and the location is perfect! We have sayed at Berns before. Our former visit was much more delightful. Even though we booked the same type of room, the room we were given this time was not at all as nice as the other. There seems to be some rooms that have been refurbished and others that don'T. The older rooms are not as clean as the newer ones. I could recommend staying there only if you have asked for a newer room.

breakfast choice was amaising, nice personal, cosy rooms I had a room in which it was not possible to switch off cooling system so during the night I could hear noice. There was also huge noise (loud music,probably enertainement in pier) coming from outside which I understand it not manageable by hotel staff.

Location, Location, Location. Right in the Centre of busy district but room was calm and relaxing. Front desk was always busy. It was sometimes patient to get access to the very helpful front staff.

最棒的是地点好，离NK、皇宫和其他几个大型商场d都很近；其次是它的美食，有个很好的东方菜。另外，它是- 个很传统的酒店。 就是空间没那么大。但还能怎么样，那么中心位置。

De ligging en het fijne restaurant in de Grand Salon. Prettig personeel. Onvoorstelbare herrie van donderdagavond t/m zaterdagavond omdat men keiharde muziek draait tot laat snachts. Het is een partyhotel dat niet erg gericht is op eigen gasten maar meer op jong publiek dat op de DJ's afkomt. Het is eigenlijk een discotheek met kamers erbij. Heel veel hotelgasten klaagden daarover. Overigens is het ontbijt wat matig voor een hotel in deze categorie

Det ligger så centralt. Närheten till allt inne i stan.Känns lyxigt att inte behöva stå ute o frysa om vill gå på nattklubben. Allt är så gammalt, men anrikt. Jag kan sitta vid frukosten och titta upp i taket i evigheter. Fantastiskt! Obs . Har ej läst några gästrecensioner, men svarar ja.

Var där på det Asiatiska Julbordet som var helt fantastiskt! Perfekt läge och god frukost. Det fanns inget kaffe på rummet. Min android dunkade inte I iphone- dockningen.

Personalen i receptionen var utmärkt! Fin matsal, bra frukost frånsett brödet som ej kändes färskt. Dammigt rum, trasigt vinglas med fingeravtryck, hårstrån på solkigt skrivbordsunderlägg. Inget skrivpapper, inte ens på förfrågan. Ingen penna.Städning sent på dagen alla dagar. Viss avloppslukt i korridor, plan fyra. Ett täcke i dubbelrum. Mycket varma dunkuddar och täcken, borde finnas alternativ. Låg toastol.Spegel mittemot toan.Svårt reglera varmt/kallt vatten vid tvättstället. Avkodat kort innan utcheckningstid. Tycker hotellet är mycket dyrt för vad man får, ej prisvärt.
