Berns Hotel  

Wonderful location, perfect for evening walks near the water, excellent and friendly service, bar is hopping and beautiful! Rooms are small, but very well done! It is centrally located so you can walk to all the key sights as well as offering excellent shopping. The afternoon coffee and dessert buffet was spectacular!

The central location cannot be beat. The service provided by the staff was exceptionally good - they made it one of the best stays we have ever had anywhere! Room was spacious. Large, private, sunny outdoor deck. Excellent "continental" breakfast included.

TV in room was a flat panel, but a bit old with small screen for the large room. WIFI was spotty at times.

This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful building and a great location in the centre of the city. The rooms are very nicely appointed with typically stylish Swedish design. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was also a good place to arrange business meetings - everyone knows it and there's plenty of options for spaces in the hotel to meet. Breakfast was also excellent.

Since there is also a nightclub in the hotel, the room was a little noisy until late into the night. Nothing ear plugs couldn't deal with though.

The restaurant room is the best. The decoration and design of the sleeping room. Breakfast buffet is good, especially the scandinavian food. The american food (bacon and panckakes is not good).

The bathroom is to small. In general, is too expensive for what you get, but if you stay for one or two days is worth trying.

Total disappointment, rooms are tired and cabling lying blank in the room. Needing total revamp.

Reputation as trendy spot in Stockholm.

The location is superb and the breakfast is great. Very friendly staff.

The sheets had old stains and the toilet was not properly cleand.

Room 304 - the level of noise from the nightclub adjacent / embedded in the hotel was intolerable on Saturday night. We were awakened after midnight and the thudding bass went on for some hours after that. Sunday night was not a problem - the club is not open on Sunday - but the experience would put us off ever staying here again. We phoned reception to complain, but there was no reply. I cannot believe they were asleep - no-one could sleep through that!

Location, Location, Location. Right in the Centre of busy district but room was calm and relaxing.

Front desk was always busy. It was sometimes patient to get access to the very helpful front staff.

Har bott där någongång tidigare och trivs med det centrala läget. God frukost, rena och fräscha rum och en trevlig personal!

Allt var fantastiskt men frukosten kostade alldeles för mycket i förhållande till vad man fick.

Alldeles för dyr frukost. För dom pengarna trodde jag att det skulle vara brunch men icke.
