Friendly, helpful, polite staff with happy attitide.

Rooms were basic. 1st room had bad smell 1st night so requested alternative room which was handled efficiently. 2nd room good. Great food in hotel restaurant, friendly atmosphere.

room was not really clean and the smell was strange, located is a bit strange area, not easy to find

I liked the hotel in the whole (room, staff, breakfast), but especially I liked the sauna on the roof

Free parking is a plus. The breakfast buffet was very nice and offered a nice variety. The room was clean.

The bed in the picture looks to be a 180 and we booked thinking that was what we'd get since we had a toddler staying in the bed with us, instead it was a 160, and it looked to be on temporary legs. Also, the bathroom was tiny with the shower being the entire bathroom, ie, the toilet gets wet when you shower.

The restaurant served good quality food at a reasonable price and the staff were helpful.

The location is poor. I was told there was a 'hotel bus' to the conference centre but actually it's a public bus that operates every 30 minutes and stops running after 5pm. I was also told it's about 1km to the conference centre but when I began walking, there was a sign that said 2.6km! Perhaps it's 1km if you have a helicopter. It's also difficult to get to the city centre.

Nya mattor på golven,samt några rum som är rök o Djurfria.Min fru har allergi och det kunde inte garanteras ,men det ordnade sig bra

Vi tyckte det var bra för att det låg nära globen dit vi skulle på kvällen. Bra också att priset var rimligt ,med tanke på att vi bara skulle stanna en natt.

Att det inte fanns knaperstekt bacon på frukostbuffen:-)) Restaurangen bredvid!!:(

Dålig frukost När man kommer till frukostbordet skall det lukta nybryggt kaffe inte äckligt pulverkaffe. Färska bullar vore också önskvärt.Slitet hotell.
