Location, good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean.

Price is too high for value for staying in the main building.

very small room with very small bathroom. The hotel has 2 buildings in different locations and the reception and restaurant are not very accesible for the guests staying at the city location.

Picture of the hotel on booking.com very different . hotel has two building and second building it's not same hotel , it's like as guesthouse and so bad. we couldn't sleep there.

The room 265 was more like an oven, at least fans should be installed.

Locatiomn close to town centre - easy walking

Way over-priced for what you get. Rooms were too cold; the freezing temps could be felt coming in through the drafty single-glass windows. The apartment bldg across the street was *directly* outside. This meant closed blinds the entire time, unless you wanted a viewing. No tea or coffee machine in the room. Hard wood floors are cold. No toiletries, no washcloths, tv didn't work. No take-away cups unless you ask; just set a stack out next to the coffee machine! **This review is for the main hotel building, not the annex building two blocks away. There is a big difference; don't stay there.**

The welcoming beer was a funny thing that suited me but is in a way not really good because there may be some upcoming or actual alcoholics among the guests. There was no tool to open the bottle so I had to use some force. Thanks, anyway.

The price was the main reason why I stayed here.

När jag checkade in var 3st upptagna med att prata med varandra. Jag var frusen kall, och förstod inte att det var en bit att GÅ mellan annexet, och det var förvirrande att hitta dit, och springa framåtillbaka med bagaget.... Jag var ända uppe i bakcken vid en sido ingång när en snäll man hänvisade mig runt hörnet en bit för att komma till receptionen. Annexet var dåligt skyltat med att hotellet låg på annat håll, en byggnadsarbetare hjälpte mig. När jag ringde på klockan var det bara...upptaget. Som sagt det var kallt och jag har rest långt. Lite bättre info till era gäster! Jag kommer inte att rekommendera mina vänner att bo i annexet. Annars var Borås en glad & positiv överraskning.
