Very well appointed hotel, beautiful decor, comfortable and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, top quality cooked breakfast buffet. Malmo is a vibrant, lively city, and there are very good restaurants close to the hotel. There wasn't a minibar, and the bar itself was pretty dead. On the other hand, the room has complimentary mineral water in a cooler. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room, but check the type of teabags you've been given unless you like fruity flavours. Some English language tv channels other than cnn would be good, and there was never any music on the classical music channel. But this is being picky - it's a really nice hotel and I was very happy overall. |

I loved the B&O TV with MP3 capabilaties. Location was very central, and is a walking distance to anywhere. The staff where very helpfull and friendly. The rooms where not very clean. |

Fantastisk beliggenhed, meget smagfuld indretning og lækkert værelse. Vi vælger helt sikkert dette hotel igen, når vi skal til Malmø en anden gang. Det var en dejlig weekend ;-) Mange vil sikkert finde det underligt at hotellet ikke har en restaurant (der serveres kun morgenmad), men det gør absolut intet, da både Lille Torv og Store Torv lige ved siden af, byder på masser af restauranter for enhver smag. Her kan vi varmt anbefale restaurant "Chili". |

Rent, snyggt och vänligt hotell. Bra placering vid lilla torget men ingen utsikt annat än husväggen mittemot. Stora, tysta och hyfsat väl utrustade hotellrum. Mkt trevlig och vänlig personal. . Ett enda stort täcke i dubbelsängen. Inget duschdraperi i badkarsduschen - det blir blött ut i rummet när du står o duschar. Hade önskat mig lite mer i frukostmatsalen - typ fler juicer, nyponsoppa, stekta ägg mm för att få det att kännas lika bra som det andra med hotellet. Lite onödigt dyrt kanske vid en summering. |

Dejligt værelse - god plads. Personalet har tjek på tingene, er meget servicemindede. Skøn morgenmad i hyggelige omgivelser. Vi sov dårligt en nat pga. af larm fra andre gæster, som holdt fest. Det burde de være skredet ind overfor - vi fortalte om det i receptionen, og det viste sig, at der havde været andre klager. Udskiftning af sovesofaer - de var dårlige og beskidte (vælg ikke hvide møbler!!). Ville have været fint med et mindre køleskab på værelset. |

Vi boede i businessværelse med separat opholds- og soverum. God plads og pænt værelse, Rummeligt badeværelse i forhold til hvad vi tidligere har oplevet. Fremragende trådløs og gratis internetforbindelse (vi havde to bærbare med). Godt tv-udvalg med danske kanaler. Fantastisk morgenbuffet - det eneste der manglede var nutella :-) God service fra personalet. Vi havde bilen parkeret i hotellets garage, og personalet sørgede for at parkere bilen og at hente den så snart vi skulle bruge den. Vi boede på 2. sal, og der var temmelig varmt i rummene, selvom vejret ikke var vildt varmt - men det var svært at skabe gennemtræk. Der var ingen håndklæder på værelset da vi ankom, men efter at have nævnt det for personalet blev det udbedret med det samme. Der var ingen udsigt fra vores værelse - kun ud til en baggård og private lejligheder - men det var heller ikke udsigten vi kom for - så det hører næsten ikke under det negative :-) |
