Localization is great - close to the Malmo Central Railway Station and the city center. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It turned out that our double room had two separate small beds instead one big. |

very convenient...walking distance to most attractions. The first room offered on the top floor was small with two single beds separated, however I called down and asked for another room. The next room one floor down was great...so don't get stuck with an inferior room. |

Stayed in two different rooms, one was on the ground floor and a little loud, another was on the top floor with a great view, it was a great room for the money. I suppose it's just luck of the draw. |

Særdeles venlig betjening i receptionen. Dejlig roligt hotel med en strålende placering tæt på station og byens attraktioner. Flot udstilling af svensk glaskunst i reception og spiseafdeling. Fint med gratis vand på værelset. Spiseafdelingen kunne gøres hyggeligere med f.eks duge på bordene. |

Bokningen fungerade som det skulle, inga problem med incheckning förutom den tämligen buttra portien Jag bokade en svit men upplevede inte att det jag fick var någon svit eller ens nära. Rummet va ostädat och de gamla fönsterna höll inte ljudet från gatan ute. |

No m'ha agradat gens, em va decebre molt, teniem una suite per a dues persones adultes I un nen I amb prou feines cabiem a l'habitació. Una de les cortines va caure a mitja nit, el mini bar abastit amb dues ampolles d'aigua, etc. un desastre total. No es mereix estar al best western. Internet molt I molt lent. |
