Beautifully situated close to the Palissadparken Park and right next to Visby's well preserved medieval city wall, is the Best Western Solhem Hotel.

Guests can enjoy quiet and peaceful accommodations combined with an excellent and scenic location adjacent to the charming center of Visby. The airport is just 2 miles from the hotel and the ferry harbor is a short walk away.

All room rates include the tasty breakfast buffet and the in-house restaurant at Solhem offers lunch and dinner for group and conference guests. Choose between tasty home cooking and a more exclusive menu, which combines traditional tastes from Gotland with exotic influences.

Anonymous Solo traveler Sweden May 18, 2011	Bad om rum med utsikt och fick ett fantastiskt fint rum, högst upp med fri utsikt mot hamnen och havet. Hotellrummet var väldigt tyst, något som jag uppskattade mycket. Väldigt fint med 2 fönster i rummet. Frukosten var bra, kanske saknades lite mer färsk frukt, annars fräscht och bra utbud. Anonymous Solo traveler Netherlands June 21, 2011	Dicht bij het oude centrum Erg veel lawaai, vooral van de auto's en touringcars geparkeerd vlak voor het raam. Geen privacy vanwege raam direct op de parkeerplaats op ooghoogte. Het raam kun je daarom ook niet opendoen voor ventilatie. Natte handoeken op de vloer in de douche waren niet gewisseld.
