I liked most the local architecture that was kept also at this hotel, the way that it is not a modern building, but still offering modern comfort and good services. Very good location to the city heart and sea Comfort of room suggests more a 3-star hotel, rather than 4-star |

The location of the hotel inside Visby old town, cosyness, swimming pool (although it could be bigger), friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Considering high price, here are some remarks: our room was in the other building than reception/breakfast room/pool, so we had to cross the street back and forth many times.TV in the room was too small and old. Breakfast on the last day when we left (before 7 am) was poor. |

The room was incredibly small and the decor was not very nice, but it was clean. I would have like a tub, but there was room for only a shower. The room was so small that the door to the bathroom had to slide into the wall rather than open into the room. We did have a nice view of the water over the tops of the buildings. The breakfast, however, which was included in the price of the room, was fantastic. It was a huge hot and cold buffet - fruit, three kinds of yogurt, cereals, numerous breads, eggs - scrambled, boiled, cheeses, meats, coffees. Teas...just fantastic.Parking was great. Price was very high for the size of the rooms. I rented two rooms for two nights. |

Personalen med ett vänligt bemötande och ett hotell med ett bra utbud, kvällsbuffén var också bra. Sängarna var obekväma, vill också ha lite fler kanaler både internationella och barnkanaler |

Recht zentral gelegen. Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Dünne Wand, laute Trittgeräusche aus der darüber gelegenen Etage. Frühstück verbesserungswürdig. Offene Wurst und Käse sahen nicht frisch aus, wenig Obst/sonstige Frischkost! Milch und Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmecken nicht. Frühstücksraum wirkt dunkel und ungemütlich, wenig ansprechend für 4 Sterne. |

Bra bemötande av personalen. Bra frukostbuffé. Det var slut på duschtvålen. Jag upptäckte detta först efter att hela jag var genomblöt. Ringde till receptionen för att få en ny men det tog upp mot en kvart innan personalen dök upp med en ny. Det löste sig ändå eftersom jag fick låna min reskamrats dusch i hans hotellrum. |

Vänligt bemötande vid ankomsten Att vattnet inte fungerade på måndag morgon, pga att "det var många som duschade just då". Hotellet levde inte upp till den standard man kan förvänta sig med tanke på priset. Oinspirerad frukostbuffe. |
