Friendly staff, very good breakfast, ice machines, close to the park and lake, not far from the city center - about 20 min on your own foot:) The bed. We were asking for 1 big bed, but have got 2 beds staying together. |

The hotel is very well located at the northern end of downtown Stockholm, close to the city and the highway to the airports, in a quiet easy-going neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is great, "smorgasboard-like", and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is new, so in a perfect shape and a pleasant light but not cold design.Beds are very good, and the stand-in shower is very pleasant. |

The staff were very courteous and efficient. The Breakfast was varied and was good value. While I had access to the Internet in the hotel lobby I was not able to fully check-in for my return flight as there was no printing facilities available to print my boarding card for the flight. |

The hotel was in an OK location, perhaps a little far out from the centre of town but within walking distance. The breakfast was outstandin. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious and beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back! |

The staff is very nice and the hotel is calm. The hotel is not in the center of Stockholm. No restaurants around the hotel, and no room service for meals in the hotel neither a mini-bar in the room. |

Comfortable quiet room, good breakfast and services Internet communication in the hotel looks very poor, hotel's server limited internet contacts with providers from other countries. So, it took money payment for good internet services in other places of Stockholm. |

modern and very comfortable hotel, 500 metres from the underground stop. Wonderful breakfast, you can have what you want, a swedish breakfast or a superb catalan pa amb tomaquet |

Clean room, however luckly to be on eigth floor as there is a baskst- ball training court just behind - I heard some comments from other guests on lower floors complaining on noise till 01 am ( it's still light !! )Good simple design - very new Too far away from central station - need to use taxis or 30mins walklack of real relaxing space only foyer |

I liked the generous, buffet breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel. The beautiful design of the lobby which is unlike other Best Westerns I know in America. The staff was super friendly in helping us find restaurants. There was no closet space or drawer space in my room. Even though there was free internet, the WI-FI connection was extremely slow, making it almost impossible to use. |
